Good hotel

The hotel was great staff were very friendly. The only thing wrong is you can hear the people walk around above you and it sounded like they were coming though the Celling. So if you don't need a Kitchenette stay on the top floor. But beside that nice hotel to stay at

Nice hotel

Confirmed our reservations in the morning but had to check in late that evening due to other commitments for the day. Staff on these shifts were very pleasant. We had to get up very early the next morning (4:30 am) for the long drive to our next destination so we really didn't spend much time there. When loading up the car to leave, I asked the night clerk if there were any lids for the paper cups (complimentary room coffee)-the night clerk wandered off- a couple minutes later when I returned the keys he confirmed there were no lids (90% of hotels have cup lids) and he got snarky and indignant when we asked for a receipt for our stay -said that b/c I booked through an agency (Expedia) we already had a receipt. I usually book hotels from Expedia etc-and was never refused a receipt at the time of checkout before. These 2 incidents left me with a bad impression of the hotel at the end. What happened at this hotel is in stark contrast to the service experienced at other hotels on our vacation this year.

Not friendly front desk

I waited for 10 minutes for the guest who was ahead of me to check in; The front desk staff was nice and pleasant to the guest ahead of me, but she has shown a different attitude when it was my turn to check in. No greeting or thank you when she checked me in. I was polite and have thanked her to check me in and gave back my credit card, but she didn't say anything back and was very cold to reply where my room was located when I asked her.

Cons: Parking lot could have slightly bigger parking spaces.

Nice Hotel Close to the Malls

Pros: The room is clean and comfy.
Cons: Staff attitude towards guests esp when guests are Asians. No discrimination,please.
Location: Shopping,groceries, activities, field trips,strolling around
We were disappointed by the unfriendliness of the Front Desk Staff when we first arrived and during our stay for few days and nights. The toilet was clogging. On the first day of our arrival, the staff at the front didn't bother to lend us another luggage cart for we had so many stuff that one cart was not enough. It was not busy, there were no other guests in the lobby arriving so how come she was not caring enough to spare another cart to distribute our stuff. We were a bit wondering why would they only have one cart. We have been to different BW hotel/Inn but the staff were very accommodating, friendly and nice.it is always our family's choice for BW HOTEL because we had experienced excellent service esp down in Silverdale,Washington where we always stay when visiting some relatives there. if we are going to rate this Inn, we would rate it 2 out of 10. That means that staff needs to get more training in customer service and how to make their guests feel welcome and have them feel want to come back. With what we experienced, we don't want to go back to that hotel BW Langley Inn.
