We stayed here to attend a concert at the Zoo. Excellent hotel!! We would absolutely stay again. Very accomodating as our flight arrived in Portland early. Bed was a dream and ease of transportation was excellent!! We used the Maxline rail system to go everywhere and it was easy and convienient!!

Great location for walking around townPosted Aug 28, 2015
I could tell it was an older hotel. Remodels have been made/attempted. It was a mix of new & old. You could hear the squeaky/bang sound of water pipes as people turned water off & on. We were on the 17th floor, but u could hear street noises as loud as if we were on the 2nd floor with the windows open. The C Prime restaurant was great! As was the coffee/tea place. Parking garage was good. Pool was ok, kind of dank & dark down in the basement. Panels above pool were noticeably rusty.

Nice hotel, close to most things in Vancouver.Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Staff was excellent all around
Cons: Remind housekeeping to change and wash shower curtains more frequently.
Location: The hop on/hop off tour bus stops right out front of this hotel, walking distance to the sky train station, lots of restaurants & Robson St shopping.
I was most impressed with the staff, specifically the front desk at check in. They actually read my Expedia special requests and understood that we would be checking in very late and that I had booked an additional night on a separate itinerary and did not want to have to move to a different room on the last night. In addition, they upgraded our studio King room to a king suite! They exchanged currency from US dollars to Canadian and did not charge a fee, received a BOGO for dinner at their very nice restaurant and even though our room faced the hospital next door, I only heard one ambulance in 4 days and that was because the window was open. I would stay here again, everyone was very friendly, helpful and nice.

Good downtown location-old hotelPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom, elevator wait time.
Location: Downtown location was convenient to the buses to various attractions like Grouse Mountain, Capilano Bridges, etc.
Suite was spacious but dated, especially bathroom, considering the space and the title of spa they should renovate the bathroom to be larger and more appealing. Also, the wait for the elevators was ridiculously long.

Downtown VancouverPosted Aug 24, 2015
Spacious rooms well equipped , the hotel is in walking distance to canada place and to all restaurants, Most of the tours and shuttles stop at the hotel. Little bit outdated, old carpets but valuable for the money paid

Central location with great views of the cityPosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: The views
Cons: Hotel is due a facelift for the inside corridors soon
Location: The hotel is an easy walk to Canada Place, Gastown and Robson St; a free shuttle takes you from the hotel to Capilano Suspension Bridge park.
The hotel is a little dated in appearance once you leave the lobby but modern in amenities and comfort. The staff was very accommodating.

Awesome location and great staffPosted Aug 16, 2015
The property is a little dates and could use some updates. Room size was very large and a suite equipped with full kitchen; furniture was dated. Interacted with the staff on a few occasions, each time was pleasant and effective. Elevators are small, slow, and stop often. Nice lounge.

Older, cramped halls were uncomfortable. Very noisy and bedroom did not have good air circulation.

ロブソン通りにも海にも近い便利なホテルPosted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: ロケーション 部屋の快適さ 無料Ｗｉ-Ｆｉとパソコン
Cons:
