Great experience

Posted Mar 22, 2017
Pros: Staff personality, and friendliness (while still completely professional), location.
Cons: Food options after 10pm
Friendly professional staff. First contact with valet and front desk were both very positive. Room was as expected, but the washroom was much nicer!

In the thick of it. Ideally situated.

Posted Mar 22, 2017
Pros: Location and staff
Location: Perfect, sky train station and sea bus to the north side free shuttle at the convention centre a couple of blocks away to capillano.
We love to walk and this was ideal, close to the harbour, a good hike to stanley park, close enough to False Creek and water taxi to Grenville Island and so much more. The Urban Fare at the corner was a great place for a quick lunch, breakfast or coffee. Wonderful and co-operative staff provided all our needs.

Convenient for the Convention Centre

Posted Mar 17, 2017
Pros: Location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location: Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Chose this hotel for (a) location in downtown and (b) competitive rate for downtown Vancouver.

Immaculately clean downtown

Posted Mar 11, 2017
Pros: Unique Asian west coat fusion.
Cons: Need a small table and chairs for room service meals - great menu.
Location: All of Vancouver particularly the seawall walk,
Loved it and am very close to developing a new allegiance to this chain. Incredibly well thought out and sparkling clean. Enjoyed the expensive toilet with every function possible including a soft and heated seat - a woman's dream. Friendly staff and terrific value.

Great Hotel, great location.

Second stay at this hotel, first time since being taken over by APA. Nice subtle changes to lobby (great bag pedestals at check-in desks), great food.

Nice hotel, centre of town

Posted Mar 9, 2017
Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and also spacious, which is what we wanted. Has a good view out to the city. Pool and hot tub plus the gym are also really good. Hotel restaurant was also amazing if your after good food. Easy walk into the centre of town and all shopping places.

Comfortable, Clean, Great Location

Posted Mar 4, 2017
Pros: Location Staff manners Cleanliness
Cons: Restaurant quality
We stayed here just for one night. Tried to checkin early by about 2 hours, room was not ready. Were given an option to upgrade for an additional $30, room being immediately available. Took them up on the option. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and nice. Fantastic location. Middle of downtown, few minutes walk to the waterfront/Canada place. Ordered food from the in-hotel restaurant. It was very average. I will recommend you eat out.

Coal Harbour location

Posted Mar 3, 2017
Pros: Staff was pleasant. Good location.
Cons: Not a five star hotel, but a high quality hotel at an affordable price.
Location: Robson Street shopping. Walking/running along seawall or Stanley Park. Gas town bars and bistros and restaurants.
Hotel is affordable and located in Coal Harbour, close to both Stanley Park for walking/running and to Robson Street for shopping. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodated a move to a larger room without any fuss. Across the street is Urban Fare, a great place for coffee and snacks.
