Wanted to stay somewhere near the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal and this fit the bill. Room was fine: clean and comfortable. Rate was reasonable and included basic breakfast.

Front desk staff seemed inexperienced and therefore it reflected in their friendliness toward guests. The breakfast was adequate but area was way too small, in line for 20 mins waiting for one waffle maker. The price was cheaper and this motel reflects that.

Easy access to Vancouver

Location: Good location for exploring Vancuver
Not impressed, knocking on adjacent room door, door opening/closing periodically through the night, last occurring at 5:10AM.

it's okay for short stay. but I did not receive any receipt when I was checking out and I have been told because I booked via Expedia. it did not make sense to me.

alright place to stay but not great

Cons: the continental breakfast
The room was clean and comfortable. However, the continental breakfast was disappointing, not much variety, no yogurt and dry bread for toasting. The clerk who checked us in was efficient, but hard pressed to crack a smile. And I had to go back to get the WIFI details which were not offered when we checked in. I would recommend this hotel only if there were few other options for accommodation available.

Budget hotel

Pros: Location, breakfast
Cons: Rooms! Very dated
Location: Stanley Park, Downtown, Capillano Bridge
I expected more when I saw the word "Suites" in the name. I have stayed at Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn & Suites before and this hotel doesn't come close to the standard of other Comfort Inn & Suites. Very dated rooms with plastered walls, peeling and dirty. Carpet was old as well. Bathroom curtain was smelly leading the room to smell stuffy when we returned from a day out. However, breakfast was food and staff were pleasant and the location is great.. close to downtown and Stanley Park.

Well situated in North Vancouver.

Pros: The staff without question.
Cons: General maintenance.
Rain gutters in need of cleaning. Overflowing during rain causing steps to be slippery. Breakfast area too small for occupancy during rain. Staff super and polite. Room so so.

North Vancouver stay

Pros: Free breakfast, free parking, large tub/shower, comfortable beds, did not realize we would have a kitchenette area.
Cons: Bathroom cleaning could have been a bit better. Was really excited to use the hot tub - but was not open. Maybe add "seasonal" to your description?
Location: Very close to the Capilano Suspension Bridge park, and easy access to Sea to Sky Highway, which was beautiful!
Pleasant stay hotel in North Vancouver. Very easy access to highways, comfortable beds, small kitchen area, decent breakfast.

Pool out of order was not told this when I booked

Pool was out of order the room door would not shut and the a/c unit did not work very well and it was loud
