We've stayed here before as it is close to relatives in the area. That said, the amenities are top notch and I really like the hotel having an Atlas Steak and Fish on site. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We were here at the same time as a major dance competition and even though the lobby and other public areas were buzzing, none of that transferred to our room. I would totally recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We were disappointed with our room as the finish was coming off all bedroom furniture, (poor quality tables we might find discounted at a local garage sale). A tired room for the money you’re charging.

I've stayed at the Delta quite a few times. It's a great property to stay at, easy to get to from the highway and generally I can always find parking. The only downside is every time I go they keep getting rid of restaurants and with a 7-year-old there is no where to eat. Restaurant for dinner is very expensive and doesn't really cater for kids. Very disappointing when you don't want to go out for the evening.

Very friendly staff. We were greeted right away and were helped immediately. We were able to check-in early and we given two complementary bottles of water. Room is perfect, roomy and bright.

Great stay.
From check-in, to check-out, staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Included breakfast was well worth it and very tasty. Unfortunately it was only overnight, so didn't get to experience too much.

It would be helpful for those of us who take early ferries and up by 3:00 to have early check in as we also check out by 8:30 a.m. I usually explain this. It’s wonderful when it works out. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The room we had on the 11th floor was really clean and quiet. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room and it was a very good plated breakfast, with several options and good service.

Upon check-in front desk staff was disengaged, provided very little in a welcoming attitude or information regarding my stay. Room itself was good, unfortunately bathroom sink was not draining properly. Upon arrival to room, no instructions for anything (ie. Room service, facilities, etc) were available, again no notification from staff that all info would available upon turning on TV and scanning QR code. Attempted to order room service via QR code, but it was not working properly. Had to look up external website via URL and then was able to order room service. Food from room service was good. In morning, TV was not working, however apparently a number of TV's in other rooms were not working as well. Called technical staff to inform of TV, advised they would send someone to my room, but no one ever showed and no further communication was offered. Front desk staff upon check-out were the nicest of all staff encountered. Property would benefit from increased customer service training, disappointing experience given the history of brand.

This hotel is worn down and not worth the hefty price. Our room smelled awful and the hot water did not work. The air conditioner is loud and was not working well. Overall, a disappointing stay.
