Close to airport.

Bathroom was very small, otherwise, hotel was OK.

Hi Millie, When you come see us again you can reserve an ADA room if you would like. They have larger bathrooms to allow the maneuvering of wheel chairs. Maybe that's an option that will work better for you!

Noise, noise and noise

The fan in the bathroom, the outdated AC on the wall made the stay unbearable. The noise was too terrible and I was not able to rest the whole night staying at this property.

I'm sorry you your room was so noisy. I know how upset I get when I am not able to get a full nights rest. Perhaps, if something like this was to happen again you could try calling the front desk. They may be able to have someone come up and fix the noise or move you to another room. Thank you for the feedback.

Poor service, cleanliness and comfort

Pros: Big room
Late arrival.. after dragging my bags up to the room, I find out the keycard don' work. Down three stories to get the keycards reprogrammed, at least a breakfast was offered (which I didn't need). The room was hot, the AC set at 65 degrees, never made the room comfortable. Black mold on the shower tile. I was informed no free WiFi, because I wasn't a Hilton club member. Motels at have the price offer free WiFi.

Cons: Availability of complimentary breakfast, without having to buy a breakfast.
Location: Restaurants and stores nearby
It was easy to check in they had my reservation. room was nice, bed, desk, couch, ironing board, hairdryer. I couldn't figure out how to turn the air conditioner off and call and he explained it so I understood.

Would not give HH points because of 3rd party reservation.gave handicap room. Unhappy with Expedia

Will not stay there again.

We looked for a hotel that claimed it had airport shuttle service, and choose Doubletree by Hilton.....No where on the site did it specify that they only had shuttle service between certain times. When we checked in I mentioned that we would be needing the shuttle for a 6 a/m flight and they told me the service was only 9 to 9. OK...we used the uber service but had I known I would have stayed closer to my family if I was going to use a transportation service..... then we asked for the WiFi password and were told because we reserved our room through Expedia we did not qualify for the WiFi...and cost would be 6.95 daily....

Overall very nice, had to pay for Internet useage because not free wifi through a 3 rd party. Biggest complaint there!

Cancelled stay due to father's heart attack

We had to cancel our stay due to my husband's father heart attack. The front desk person was very understanding and made sure we got a full refund. Thank you. It is very appreciated.

Good stay

Typical Double Tree: A quality hotel with good service and a good to great location. The free cookie at registration is always a nice touch, even if you don't want one.
