AMAZING VIEW!!!

Posted Feb 5, 2016
We were checked in or promptly and offered a choice of rooms. I'm not sure if that was an upgrade. We have a very spacious room on the 30th floor with an incredible view of ( English Bay ?) The location was great!!! Express checkout was awesome too!

Nice hotel. Close to shops, restaurants, theatre.

Pros: The location, fast elevators, the staff
Cons: The heating
Location: We went to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and saw Johnny Reid in concert. Was just a 25 minute walk. Lots of good restaurants near by.
The room was cold and couldn't turn heat up but good for sleeping. The bathroom was small. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. A very enjoyable stay.

Someone opened our room's door.

Posted Jan 30, 2016
I stayed 1nights at that hotel. I took a shower and i was in a bed. At that time i was naked. but, I heard Keychain's sound, I Knew it was one of staff, I thought he passed our room, but I heard he put his normal key (not a card key) my room's door opened. It was crazy. I called front, but they didn't say like sorry. and I also heard Keychain's sound all night. I won't visit that hotel.

Great Location, Awesome Staff

Posted Jan 27, 2016
We got a good deal on the room (last-minute, on Expedia). It's located in downtown Vacouver, had a great view, is located in a dining, shopping, and entertainment hub. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, and the smoke detector and fire sprinkler we cakes in filth, leading me to believe that sanitation and cleanliness aren't priorities either for management or cleaning staff, or both. We only stayed one night. I would stay here again, but I would request housekeeping come before I accepted the room if I found it in the same condition.

nice high-rise hotel in downtown overlooking the sound. Great walking distance to everything. Nice bar on the top of the building with rotating views.

Great location!

Posted Jan 25, 2016
The best location with bus stop right in front of the hotel, which made my trip much easier. I liked pretty much everything about this hotel, except one thing, fire alarm. It kept making false alarm at night for no reason. It was no biggie, but still annoying a bit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends looking for place to stay in Vancouver downtown.

Stadthotel mit berauschendem Blick u. guter Lage.

Ein älteres Stadthotel mit perfekter Lage, Bushaltestelle und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Blick aus großer Höhe auf die Stadt ist atemberaubend.

Satisfactory hotel

Posted Jan 22, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Free wifi, updated rooms
Hotel was within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a fridge and coffee maker. The rooms are quite old and extremely warm even though we turned down the heat. Ice and vending machines were unavailable after 10:00pm. The parkade and elevator to the lobby were creepy, scuzzy and expensive. There was no free wifi.
