Was the perfect stay. Staff over the top friendly from front desk, valet, cleaning and restaurant. The Beds, Pillows and shower was fabulous. Definitely put on my list for restays

In the heart of downtown. Excellent breakfast vouchers were included. Corner suite offered views in two directions. I loved the plush bathrobes and slippers. All the staff were very nice.

Pet owners beware: This property is promoted as pets allowed/ pet friendly but IT IS NOT. Yes, pets are allowed (essentially like luggage), but there is no where for them to go to the bathroom on the hotel property or anywhere near. We had our 12 year old dog with us and it was beyond stressful. The hotel is super nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly but I DO NOT recommend bringing your pet here.

Must recommended place , the room were great and clean, very affordable, the only recommendation is we had problem with our room and night auditor didn’t even came to talk with us at front desk, the valet guy was so good he helped us out at 2 am.

Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful service. The rooms were very neat and large for a hotel in downtown Vancouver, plenty of room to unwind and relax. Location is also prime, near all the shopping and restaurants, easy walk anywhere we needed to go in downtown! I'll be coming back soon!

We stayed back in August and enjoyed our time here. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in this time wasn't as nice as the last room, the room we stayed in needed to be renovated or touched up a little bit.

Staff and service very good, we felt well taken care of. Valet parking was very convenient and reasonable compared to other downtown hotels. Room a bit dated but clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Overall good value at the rate we had and would return.

This was probably my best stay in downtown Vancouver and I've stayed in a lot of places. The staff was incredible. I was upgraded to a penthouse suite just newly renovated and it was absolutely beautiful.

Lovely stay! The staff were so sweet to our two kids, saying hi to them and giving them chocolate when they passed through the lobby. Beautiful spacious rooms and walkable to most of downtown.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, so they spent ample time figuring things out, and it was not an easy check-in after a long night of traveling with kids. I regret the booking I made, next time I make a last minute booking I'll go with what I know.
