Perfection

This hotel is fabulous! The lounge by the lobby is very cool and schmoozy. The service and cocktails ..very nice! We had booked a king room and were upgraded to a King with a beautiful harbour view. All the necessary plugins are convenient and abundant. Everything about our stay was perfect down to the bed the pillows and the bathroom.

Pros: Localização que permite visitar várias atrações da cidade a pé. No centro de Vancouver.
Cons: Poderia oferecer wifi a todos os hóspedes nos apartamentos.
Location: Canada Place e porto de Vancouver estão a uma curta distância.

Excellent Luxury Hotel

Pros: The lobby, the amenities including the spa, pool and sauna. The free bike rentals to ride around Stanley park. Of course our room was also incredible.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Location is ideal as the hotel is nestled between the harbor and downtown Vancouver. Everything is easily accessible from the hotel.
This hotel is beautiful, modern and has all the features and amenities you expect from the Fairmont. The location was perfect. Our room was immaculate. The bed was just as comfortable as the bed in our home. The pool and spa are outstanding features. The best part of our stay was the super friendly staff throughout the entire hotel. Needless to say, if my wife and I are ever in Vancouver again, we are definitely staying at the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

Perfect location, excellent staff!

Pros: Location location location and amazing staff!
Cons: Wheelchair accessibility could be improved...specifically providing a built in shower bench in the roll-in shower and lower the bathroom mirror!
Location: If attending an event at the convention center or departing on a cruise, this resort is ideal! Great center city location as well!
Stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim to attend a conference at the convention center. I chose the resort as it was the closest hotel, but didn't know it had an underground tunnel that connected it to the convention center AND the cruise terminal. Very convenient! The staff was amazingly helpful and efficient and the rooms were beautiful! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those attending conferences at the convention center or taking a cruise!

Great Hotel

This hotel was awesome. Staff aims to please, rooms were clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. We had a room with an amazing view! It was a great stay. My only critique would be the gym, which was small and boxed in - no windows! With views available to the building as they are, I don't understand why they would put the gym in a small enclosed room. I stay away often on business trips and have stayed at lesser-rated hotels with better gyms, I was surprised at this one. The rest was all great. Live music in lobby, convenient to convention Centre. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Everything is very well we like it and enjoyed only one thing is the fruit plate for the room I think would be best to have a bigger fruit plate customer service is very good. The restaurant and breakfast time was excellent. thanks

Location: right in the heart of the city... everything is walkable... beach, market, great restaurants and shopping
