What a lovely hotel!!

We stayed here the night before taking off an Alaskan cruise. What a phenomenal hotel, with a wonderful location, attentive staff, and peaceful decor. We were lucky to stay in the gold level suites and were pampered the entire time. I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel In the heart of the action.

We stayed at this hotel as we usually do on our recent trip to Vancouver. It is ideally located and close to the events we are interested in. We were in town to attend a sporting event and had very easy access by sky train to the stadium. The hotel itself is 5star in all aspects. The staff is very helpful and go the extra mile to find the information for you. We had some cocktails and food at the ORU bar and enjoyed the live music from the band that was playing in the lobby. Overall an amazing experience.

Beautiful hotel, excellent in every way

Pros: It has a small restaurant called "Giovane". It is unprepossessing and even a bit cafeteria-like. It is the best pasta in Vancouver.
My wife and I like an excellent hotel. This is an excellent hotel. And so close to everything. When we come back to Vancouver, this is where we will stay.

5Star Hotel conveniently located at the waterside

Pros: New, near the waterside and on a quiet road (relatively speaking).
Cons: It was all good.
New Hotel conveniently located with all the amenities and staff always at hand to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet, with good sound-proofing.

Great service. Great location. Car service provided to get around town. Loved our dogs! Great rooms! Sofa bed terrible mattress but provided rollaway beds which were great for our boys. Food at Oru restaurant fantastic!

hotel is great and location is superb.Busy lobby!

So the room was great as promised (signature room with view), we did not get bottled water first night, there were no shower caps?? and when we asked for another shower gel they forgot to deliver it. Small things that might have been relevant to our room/floor only. Beds are great and another issue are electrical outlets. They are far from the work desk and from the bed sides, easy to fix if they have them in the base of the night lamps etc. I will give them another chance bc the breakfast staff are very nice.

Superb hotel.

Superb hotel. Staff could not have been more obliging. Hate buffets normally but Fairmont Pacific Rim breakfast buffet a real winner. From well-apportioned rooms to fabulous pool to the always available courtesy car to Sam "the bike guy", every aspect of hotel was flawless.
