Would come back here when in Vancouver. Service was amazing. Do get a massage at the Spa. Get a harbor view room. Very walkable: right by Canada Place, hop-on-hop-off tour bus stop is next door, walked to Vancouver Art Gallery, shopping spots, and many brunch, waffle, and coffee shops. Walked to Gastown. Coffee shop downstairs, bar, and restaurant on site. Luggages get delivered to your room. Concierge can help arrange city tours. Housekeeping turns over room twice daily: even organized my toiletries on the bathroom counter. Chocolate bar snack. Smart lights and shades. I don’t like carpet but everything was really clean, they provided slippers, bathroom looked modern and updated, so the carpet was the only dated looking thing in there. Clean, secure, spacious fitness center. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast at the Botanist. Overpriced, eggs initially came looking raw. But everything else was amazing, so 5/5 would come back.

I would give 5 stars but the level of noise from the hallway is too loud for a new hotel. I can even hear doors close, people talking. We had room service and our meals were really good. I do like the customer service at this hotel and it is very clean.

Wow 5-stars is right. Pretty much perfection on every level (and yes, you pay for the privilege). Only issue in our stay was that we couldn't get the in-room music player to work, and nobody could figure it out! But if that's the biggest issue on a holiday, you're doing okay. Overall, a magical hotel experience. Would happily stay again (when I can afford it!).

The lobby bar is so loud you can't hear yourself think. Lobby bar is a terrible meeting space, much to loud - and the live music was deafening. Also, couldn't get into a restaurant even if staying in the hotel. Service overall was excellent.

Our room was spacious and perfect. The guest services in every area of the hotel is fantastic. We have a lovely time on Thursday evening atThe Lobby Lounge, and I am sorry I forget our servers name, however she was fabulous absolutely above and beyond.

The Fairmont Pac Rim is one of the very best hotels I've stayed at, in Vancouver or anywhere really. The lobby lounge sushi bar is so good, as is the Nordic Spa, the Botanist and many other facilities within the hotel. It is definitely one of the more luxurious hotels I've experienced, but also strikes a balance between casual and formal in its restaurants, lobby and general environment that is really unique. All of the staff are amazing as well.
