The property was nice and a very close walk to the mall. The staff were great :) at check in and in the breakfast buffet. The room had a pretty nice view, and it was clean! Nice layout! The pool is an outdoor lane pool, so not very much fun for kids. Overall, it was a nice visit, thank you!

The hotel sits in a busy area, you can get to pretty much everything, supermarkets, pharmacies big or small eatery and much more. Parking space is very tight for a large size vehicle

It was super busy thus the cleaning staff couldn’t keep up. Our room had hair all over, a toothbrush and comb found on the floor etc

So close to Metrotown. My daughter and her friends shopped at Metrotown and then headed to the hotel on their own. So safe and accessible. She has a great birthday staycation at the Hilton.

Good but not up to Hilton standard
We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Overall, we had a good experience. The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The room was pretty spacious and the view was great. Couple of things that could have been improved were first, the WiFi service witch was pretty poor. And second, the bathroom amenities. When we got there there was no hand soap in the bathroom and from the usual toiletries, there was only one shower cap, nothing else. Bathroom in general could use some update, we expected better from Hilton.

So we drive into the parking lot of the hotel and are moving our luggage into the room, within the hour of arrival, our guests arrived and they reported that our vehicles glass had been smashed in. The luggage had been stolen. Though not valuable, it was quite an inconvenience. I did not expect this at a reputable hotel like this
