The hotel is remodeling so the parking lot was full of containers but it was still nice! I’d stay here again. The staff was wonderful. I spoke with Brook reference a late checkin and she was extremely helpful!

I am sensitive to flowers and perfume. Whatever product that is being used to freshen the rooms irritated my throat. We opened the window and left for dinner- It was a little bettter when we came back. I had my Benadryl handy because my throat was really getting scratchy when we first got there. It was overpowering- we always stay here on our trips. Rooms are clean, breakfast is nice and it’s close to amenities.

First of all the property was under remodelization. They put us on the third floor of a four-story building. Just above our room they were replacing the carpet. It was very loud and disturbing. And the front desk evening staff were flippant about my disturbance and the inconvenience of the noise. The bathtub was very slippery and the first night I slipped in the bathtub and wrenched my already arthritic knee and crammed my toes into the side of the tub bruising them severely. The next morning I talked to the morning staff and was given a bath mat which helped. The lady in the morning shift was very kind and considerate.

The property is located in a quiet location away from major malls, etc., yet within a few minutes drive to majr malls. The down side was that the hot tub did not work, which my wife and I look forward to when we get away.
