Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Being right at the mall was great for shopping and the easy access to transportation made travels across the lower mainland really easy. The included breakfast was perfect to start our days and the staff were responsive and friendly. We didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but could see it was heated so next time. We will definitely go back. The Skytrain noise did not bother us but I was familiar with what to expect. They do provide ear plugs for those with greater desert it’s than I.

Very good value for money. Room was very clean and updated. Only issue is that it’s a tad noisy with the sky train going by regularly. That said, we’d stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, on the side of the building with the SkyTrain, so there was some noise (not too bad). Amenities were standard, nothing bad, nothing outstanding. Breakfast provided was good. I would stay again.
