Nice Hotel but family got rash sleeping in bed..

Posted Aug 1, 2016
Very nice Hotel, located near everything, staff is nice.. However after sleeping in the beds my entire family got a nasty rash all over our bodies.. Red marks every where. We didn't break out until we went to sleep. Not sure if they have bed bugs or if the sheets are not cleaned properly. Our rash is very bad and every where. Pointed it out to the front desk clerk and she didn't do anything or say anything about it. Wouldn't stay here again just because how we broke out by sleeping in there beds..

Affordable hotel outside of Vancouver

Posted May 20, 2016
Pros: No creepy coverlet on bed! Always a good thing! Clean. Price was right. Quick check in.
Cons: Bed was too hard, and countertop in bathroom was cracked.
Location: Didn't really check out the town as we were visiting Vancouver mainly. It seems like there is a quaint little main street somewhere nearby.
This is a nice, clean, quiet hotel. It was quite a drive (approx 40 miles) if you are visiting Vancouver, but the price point makes up for it. It's located in a peaceful, rural farming community. There's a shopping center right across the street with a grocery store, liquor store, McDonald's, & Tim Horton's, & Boston Pizza. The only complaints I would have was that the bed was too firm for our liking and the fact that there was no in room microwave. We had just assumed there would be one but they are only in suites apparently. We were able to use one in the staff lounge and if you really wanted or needed one in room you should request one prior to your stay.

The staff at this hotel is super friendly and accommodating. There is a great restaurant on site that you should definitely invest in the breakfast addition with your stay.

Easy walking distance to amenities like Starbucks and Coverdale athletic park. Hotel is located on a very busy thoroughfare so there is quite a bit of road noise if you are in a room located on the road side.

Lots of positives but sleep quality negates all”

Posted May 7, 2016
This is a lovely property in a quiet neighbourhood, with friendly staff and good amenities -- all at a great price. A really good full menu restaurant breakfast is included as well as WiFi. The rooms are big and everything is clean and new. Huge drawback was the in-room heating/cooling system, which didn't maintain a steady temperature, cycled on and off all night long, and made a number of unusual noises. We didn't sleep well at all. Opening the window would have been an option had it not been for the three big, noisy AC units parked on the roof right outside our window. And on top of it all, the mini fridge emitted a high-pitched whine ... which we silenced by unplugging it. A few things to fix before we could recommend.
