Pros: Location
Cons: Decor needs updating.
Location: Walk to Yaletown, Art Gallery, Gastown, and Chinatown. Cab to Stanley Park was about $10.
Stayed two nights while in Vancouver. Basic hotel.

Great Location!

Pros: Very helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms could be a bit more modern, but are fine.
Good location, close to subway, restaurants and Granville Island is within walking distance.

Central location in nice part of town

The staff was nice, professional and friendly. The location was great, a block from the subway. Hotel was in a clean part of town with lots of restaurants.

Great location! Wonderful view of False Creek

Pros: The staff were accommodating, professional, patient and understanding.
Cons: It would have been good to know that the hotel required an additional deposit of $250 CD upon arrival.
Location: Go to Yolks for breakfast/brunch. The menu is out of sight. Comfort food in the Euro Canadian style Vancouver is famous for!
The hotel was pretty amazing. It was just minutes from downtown by car or by train. Plenty of shops, currency exchange, banks and a whole foods within a short walk. The room was cozy and well kept.

I am sorry for the confusion about the deposit as we are a credit card only hotel, like most other hotels in Vancouver. If the guest does not have a credit card or not having enough fund on the credit card, a deposit for $250+ is required upon arrival, and will be returned upon departure. No refund - rude staff

This hotel would not refund my stay weeks in advance. I booked the wrong date by mistake. When speaking with the staff, they were rude and told me that I must be stupid for booking the room and hitting confirm when I had the date wrong. The hotel room stayed empty and I had to pay for the room for two nights ($600). Take your business elsewhere.

Nice and close to everything.

The rooms are spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

Pros: L'emplacement et la propreté.
Cons: Inclure au moins les petits déjeuners dans le prix.
Location: Belle vue sur le parc Charleston et de la baie, aller à la plage et au Toysrus.
C'était une belle expérience, le personnel de l'hôtel était très courtois et gentils. C'était un très bon emplacement (très proche du centre-ville) et facilement accessible. Merci.
