Pros: L'emplacement et la propreté.
Cons: Inclure au moins les petits déjeuners dans le prix.
Location: Belle vue sur le parc Charleston et de la baie, aller à la plage et au Toysrus.
C'était une belle expérience, le personnel de l'hôtel était très courtois et gentils. C'était un très bon emplacement (très proche du centre-ville) et facilement accessible. Merci.

Pros: We like the location near the train station. The room has a good size bath with plenty counter top.
Very, very good experience. They let our daughter check in prior our arrival, because we came from different states. The staff understood our situation. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is near a train station, good location.

Hotel probably needs to be renovated. My mattress was horrible, walls are tiny. Hotel guys were more than ok, management cares about courtesy. Not as close as downtown as it seems. At that price, you can probably pick up something better.

Great Experience

Pros: staff and room comfort
Cons: Free parking
Location: There was great restaurants, shopping, the train was easily accessible and close proximity to drive to malls and downtown
I was in Vancouver for an exam at UBC and to show my husband around Vancouver. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and it was a perfect location. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Great job!

Close Stanley park and grandville island. Lots of restaurants around it. Very clean!!

Nice hotel in Vancouver

Pros: Clean and quiet, friendly staff.
Cons: cheaper rates.
Location: Close to sky train station and False Creek. Walking, shopping and cycling.
Convenient location, close to downtown, shopping and restaurants.

Quiet hotel close to Broadway station train

Pros: Quiet, close to train.
Cons: A hot tub would be nice
Location: McDonalds and a few restaurants, drug store, Michael's crafts. A few minutes walk to Broadway station on the Canada Line.
Hotel is $50 - 60 less than staying near the waterfront but only a few minutes train ride. Reasonable prices at the restaurant and kids eat free. Pool was 2 1/2 feet to 7 1/2 feet with warm water. No hot tub. Room was clean and the beds comfortable.

サンフランシスコの雰囲気漂う街並み

空港から地下鉄で行け、家族で安心して使えるホテル。豪華さはないが、居心地が良く、充分満足出来る。坂が多く、下ればヨットハーバーが近い。なんとなくサンフランシスコを思い起こさせる。オススメです。

Close to W. Broadway "outdoor stores" shopping

Pros: Room was spotlessly clean. As and IHG Member, I appreciated the welcoming phone message from the manager and the recognition from the desk staff.
Cons: If I could make a single improvement it would be for all staff to be trained to be cordial and welcoming to all guests, rather than heads down.
Location: Close to Skytrain. Lots of shopping and restaurants on W. Broadway. Close to Vij's and under 10 minute cab ride to BC Place/Roger's Arena.
Easy rail ride from the airport. I like the location. Being south of False Creek you can have a room with an exceptional view without paying the premium 'north of the bridge' prices. Staff were efficient and well dressed/uniformed. Desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Cleaning staff went about their business efficiently but kept distant. In my opinion they would do well to be friendly and conversant with all guests they pass/meet. My experience in premiere hotels find it makes a significantly improved experience for guests.
