The room, coffee maker in room, make up mirror in bathroom, elevators, workout facilities, pool, hot tub were all great! The area around the hotel was a bit crowded, but I would not say unsafe!

Gym and pool are excellent, rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable, hotel is clean and rte staff are very professional and friendly!

We normally stay at the Blue Horizon just for ease and walkability but it was booked so we opted for the Hyatt. We loved our stay here, my son loved the rain showers and the maid service was excellent. We ate at the Mosiac grill and the food was great and the brunch was great. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great hotel, room was perfect, balcony was nice and I enjoyed the rooftop hot tub.
