shuttle to the airport

No provision made for red eye flights and the shuttle. Got in at 1210 AM and was told the shuttle stopped at 1200. Waited 1.5 HOURS in the taxi lineup before getting a taxi. Then, the Elevated train runs RIGHT outside the window.

Good location and services !

The hotel closes to all kind of shops and restaurants ! The bathroom was newly renovated, nice and clean ! The airport shuttle bus service was good ! The only thing we didn't like was the bed , it was too soft !

There was this guy and all he did was clean

Pros: We liked that we had a King room on the 5th floor for a decent price. It was clean and the staff were nice.
Cons: Larger TV in the room. The elevator could be faster. The waffle makers at the end of the breakfast line would help too - Breakfast Jam!
Seriously, the guy was washing the pool deck, vacuuming the lobby, washing the windows...every time I saw him he was cleaning a surface in the common areas. The pool and other common areas are small but very clean. It was so nice to see. The room was clean. We were happy to be facing the parking lot, the opposite side of the hotel fronts a very busy street. Our kid had the pool to herself most of the time. The room was dated but we weren't there to redecorate the place and we weren't looking for a home away from home, just somewhere to rest for a couple of days while we were out and about. The hotel is in the middle of like 50-100 restaurants. Mostly Asian restaurants and if you want to get into the ones with the lineups (4 stars + on google find me) you have to make a reservation. It's also really close to a mall with lots of store. There is a much larger mall one skytrain stop away.

Very convenient close to the airport,

If you are looking for a place to sleep, clean up, free breakfast, stay here. It is super cheap, very clean, staff is very nice and accommodating. It is a parking lot jaunt to a new shopping area with a Walmart and such. Swimming pool is very small and close to the elevator and vending machines with windows.

Nice hotel close to airport

Somewhat noisy due airport aircraft traffic.

Cons: Better windows for better sound proofing
Room 214 is over the lobby area. Very noisy with guests coming and going. Pillows are very small and soft.

It was close to transportation in and out of town but the rooom and beds wee very small.

Hotel is in quiet location. Was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.
