Very well suited for airport access.

The check-in was prompt, thorough and professional. The room was clean, quiet and functional. Stayed only one night and there was a very surprising, wonderful, complementary breakfast available upon checkout ... Would stay there again!

Arrived late missed shuttle and taxi dropped us off at rear entrance which was locked but we phoned front desk and they came around and opened the door. Great service

Older hotel I think but decent enough VB for the price, considering the high rates of the airport hotels.

Wont' stay again nor recommend to anyone

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleaning and noisy crowds. Breakfast could also improved with better selection and variety of fresh fruits and pastries.
Location: Location convenient all shops and restaurants
Although a very convenient location close to my business and clients, my room was not clean and coffee was left on all day for me to clean when I return! Leftover coffee cups were also left in the room for the duration of my stay. Routy young crowds until 3am in the morning and(on a business days. Reported to front desk but did not get compassionate reaction. Will not book ever again and pass my experience on to other partners.

First stay

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Customer Service and Breakfast menu.
Location: Easy access to shopping malls and restaurants.
Overall is OK. 1) A few front desk staffs need to improve their customer service skills. No eye contact. No smile. 2) Breakfast menu can be improved with more varieties.

Stayed for only one night while travelling through Vancouver. Nice hotel, nice area. Tons of restaurants surrounding.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for price

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, particularly the waffle maker.
Cons: Nothing, really.
Location: Located pretty close to the skytrain station Landsdowne and lots of chinese food nearby. Otherwise it doesn't seem like there is a lot in richmond.
Excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was not intrusive, the bed was incredibly comfortable, all the amenities you would expect were there, hotel had a small pool, hot tub and exercise room, the included breakfast was amazing. I only paid $94 before taxes, which pays for a run down motel most of the time. They also had an airport shuttle which I did not use. Location was fairly good, only about 750 meters from the landsdowne skytrain station (maybe a 10 minute walk) which also always has taxis if you can't make this walk.

Great location, close to airport and many restaurants. Shuttle service directly to airport. Good breakfast.
