The room was very, very clean. Our view was stunning and the location was close to restaurants and beautiful oceanside walks. Maria at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very nice, conveniently located in a very "happening" area. The room was very nice with a good view. Bed and pillows very comfortable. There were some renovations going on down in the market but we didn't notice any noise. We were lucky to hit a beautiful sunny weekend. It was a great place to stay for our weekend away. Only downside, was disappointed in the restaurant, I'd give that 3 stars, not very inviting and food was just ok. Very happy with our room, although you had to really hold down the toilet handle to get it to flush and and the sink plug didn't stay down, and if you wanted the tap water on low, it wouldn't stay on. Room 419. We didn't report it as it was a huge deal, but should probably be dealt with. Other than that very happy with our stay and the coupons for meals was a nice touch, just wish the food had been a bit better. Excellent food down in the market.

Pleasantly surprised, room was comfortable, quiet. Location is great, value for the room was excellent. Only criticism was the bathroom didn't have a fan, but otherwise good and would definitely stay again.

I like the fact that its not like the bigger hotels, its quiet and safe. The staff is friendly, even the manager chatted with us for a bit. There are restaurants around the area and even the food hall downstairs is amazing. The location is super close to the seabus, which made it convenient to go to downtown Vancouver. I think the only complain is that there was no ice machine, but thats a minor issue. I will for sure come back.

Great location and nice, spacious and clean room. It was a bit noisy though and I could hear the neighbours at lot showering and lots of people in and out of the main doors to the elevators all might. Maybe a room farther from the elevators or quieter main doors would help? Either way I would still stay there again with my earplugs :)

Although the property is older it is well maintained. As it is part of a larger commercial complex there were improvement projects taking place around the property but these did not impact our comfort.

We stayed for two nights in April 2024. We had 6 guests in our party and chose the hotel for it's good reviews and central location. We had booked a king room for ourselves and requested a crib. The room was as expected at check in and the housekeeping team had already placed the crib in our room prior to our arrival. We had a view of the building beside the hotel from our small balcony. The other two rooms in our group were booked as a single queen. There was a noticeable difference in the room quality between these two rooms. One of our party was placed on the 3rd floor and had a view of the dry docks and bay, including a juliette balcony, while the other was placed on the 4th floor right beside the elevators. The view out of the room was the glass dome of the 2nd floor and they could hear groups getting on and off the elevator all night as well as the door to the elevator lobby banging shut. The rooms were clean, but we're small and had mixed amenities. Overall, we like the location of the hotel, but the room qualities seemed to vary. I would call in advance to ensure the room type selected matched the room to be received at booking. The hotel restaurant is another story. We were provided 2 $8 vouchers at check-in to use each day we were there. I wish this restaurant had its own listing to be rated because it would be one star at best. Parking was easy in the underground lot, but was $56 for 2 nights so pretty expensive!!

There is construction going on multiple sides of the property as well as in the parking garage. This wasn't made aware to us at the time of booking. Outside of not really having a 'waterside' view the hotel was good. Great location, basically on top of the seabus so it was no issue getting into downtown Vancouver for a day trip.

Be aware that standard rooms at the lobby level face a pedestrian concourse with no security at all when the window is opened. Also one will hear quite a bit of noise from rowdy people walking by. If you value privacy, don't book a standard room.

Room was fine, side view of ocean. Parking was a hassle. Paid $25 at the stall, then the staff took $29 when I checked in. I asked to refund and she said she would talk to the “parking” guy. I inquired upon leaving and no one knew what I was talking about. Oh well.

Me and my partner were very happy with our stay. The only thing that threw us off was how we were charged a larger deposit of 250CAD instead of 100CAD. We of course didn’t mind since we had other way of paying our expenses that night but imagine we didn’t? I felt very brushed off by the service attendant because I did ask to have it reversed and charged again. Will not stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a bunch and it’s usually just okay but this time was worse. My bed was so uncomfortable and the bed frame was squeaky. Then I woke up in the night freezing cold so turned the heat up slightly and woke up again later way too hot. Temperature control was brutal. Such a great location, I hope they update this hotel one day!

The location cannot be beat! Walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops, ocean views etc. The sea bus is 1 minute away, and I appreciated the $8 per day voucher to use at the connected restaurant in the Quay Shopping centre. The room itself was clean and fine, but not fancy. The rooms are a little dated but for the price and location I was satisfied. I would recommend the hotel!

This is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the front desk staff were efficient and the cleaning staff were amazing. We had our room tidied up for us daily which was so great. When booking I saw some complaints about noise due to the construction happening downstairs. I’d say this wasn’t a problem, if anything it was more to be heard around 8am at the earliest point. Our room was right near the entrance door, which made for a bit of a noisy atmosphere but it wasn’t over the top and if you don’t really care about that stuff like us, it was all good. The Lonsdale Quay area had lots to offer - good food, shops, and views. Everything you’d need is within walking distance, and the seabus is right there as well to access Downtown Vancouver. I’ll be coming back here in the future!
