What a view!
The place has a beautiful view of the city and is close to all your necessities. Parking is a nice add on and is pretty easy.

Great place to stay
Friendly owner met us with key and parking pass. We were only there at night and was a comfortable, clean place to stay.

Pretty Run Down
The owner was very pleasant and polite but the property itself is pretty run down. All the furniture looks like the Craigslist Free section in that the leather sectional was torn all over and literally coming apart at the seams. There was an office chair randomly in the living room in similar state. Random furniture pieces, fans and lamps with no thought given to decor. The portable air conditioner was not hooked up. All the bare walls were scuffed and marked up, there were only four bath towels for a unit advertised to sleep six and each bath had a face cloth on the handtowel holder. A used hairbrush with hair on it and a variety of leftover bath products including a used bar of soap. Multiple lightbulbs were out in both bathrooms.The kitchen sink was surrounded by black mildew/mold. Random leftover open snacks in food and cupboards. The second bedroom blinds were literally coming apart and could not be closed. Making this room a fishbowl to the large office tower across the street and difficult to sleep. All the windows were really dirty. Free WiFi but no cable. Had we not needed a place on short notice we would have walked out right away. We did not stay the second night. Very costly mistake. When I brought this up with James, he said the condition of the unit was reflected in the per night price. He also replied with, "So, possible future upgrades!" This place is not comfortable at all unless you want to sit or sleep on free furniture that people are to cheap to haul to the dump themselves. Spend the extra cash on an actual hotel.

Great condofor short stay
The condo is good for a family with couple of kids. The property manager is easy to communicate with. The condo is very clean and well managed. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue I concerned is that the building is too close to the sky train station. It's not good for people with sleeping issue. Other than that, this property is good for a short stay.

Weekend Visit
James was easy to work with and very helpful in getting us settled in. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the Sky Train for easy commute. The Waves coffee shop and pizza place downstairs make life easy. Would stay again!
