The room was clean, however the blankets on the bed smelt pretty bad. It would have been nice to have duvet on each bed rather than a very thin blanket, in the middle of winter.
The breakfast was ok, however the pancake maker didn't work and the front desk staff didn't seem interested in fixing it. We had to sit outside or eat standing up inside, until they decided to open a small indoor room to eat (about and hour after breakfast officially started).

I'm sorry you were not happy about your stay. I know it's too late to mention, but we do have extra blanket at the desk. I wish we could have done something for you when you were staying with us. Also, our front desk agents was not trained to operate the pancake maker. We will take that into consideration so next time if the breakfast attendant is too busy to help, our front desk agent can give him/her a hand.
