Noise, Noise, Noise
Posted Apr 24, 2017
Paper thin walls and doors, and the noise from the street traffic and sirens was absolutely unbearable. I had to use ear plugs all 3 nights which didn't help much. Basic cable, a deserted restaurant (literally waited 15 minutes at a table and no staff or customers). Ended up going elsewhere. Hotel staff never say hello or goodbye, room wasn't ready when I arrived at 4pm (waited 40 minutes), lobby was always full of families (probably waiting for rooms as well), etc. I will never stay here again. Such an uncomfortable stay, and lack of sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We understand how important a quiet environment is and apologize for the lack of sleep you encountered. As we are located in the heart of Fairview Slopes on West Broadway Avenue there is no doubt that city traffic noise is a factor.
Your comments regarding our restaurant are duly noted and have been provided to our management group today for action. . We hope you will give us another chance if you are in the area again. and we do wish to thank you for staying with us. Sincerely, D. Tooley, Director of Sales
