Beautiful views

Pros: The view.
Cons: Better restaurant waitstaff. Very slow. Food was cold.
Location: Gas Town, market and harbor tour a must.
Excellent desk staff, especially the young woman that helped us every day (I can't remember her name). The nighttime manager (older gentleman) was very rude. The only downside is there is no pool or jaccuzzi.

nice to be connected to a restaurant [ on the bus

Location: near the bus route, so convenient if you are going anywhere near shopping

Close walk to Granville Island

We arrived early and they were able to keep our luggage while we explored the city. Loved the location and service.

Pros: Location
Cons: Provide a fridge, plates, knives and forks
Location: Handy for central Vancouver
A small, clean room that lacked facilities: not even a fridge. It had a microwave but no utensils and no plates. Location was good, but we did not feel it gave good value for money.

All of our guestrooms have mini-fridges in them so we are unsure of your comment regarding lack of a fridge. We do not provide utensils and plates for two reasons; one is that microwaves cannot have traditional cutlery placed inside and two is that cooking in hotel guestrooms is against fire regulations. This regulation of course does not apply to apartment/condo type hotels as they have been built with kitchen facilities. Generally our guests will go to one of the many restaurants in our area or Whole Foods Grocery and reheat food items which are packaged in microwave safe containers. 3 Star Hotel close to downtown

Pros: Close to downtown and cleanliness.
Cons: Comp breakfast, pool, hot tub.
The Park Inn was a nice hotel to stay at, with clean rooms and excellent service from the staff there. We chose this location on West Broadway due to its proximity to downtown Vancouver, which is just one short bus ride away. Lots of good restaurants in the area to choose from. Only negative thing was no pool. I would stay here again.

on a very busy street

Pros: bed was comfortable
water was turned off from 10-4 one day of 3 day stay........had to use pub next door for toilet room was cleaned only 2 of 3 day stay

Wonderful

Pros: Location was great and the price was reasonable.
Cons: More staff to check-in - the staff were great, but one staff was overwhelmed by the many people coming in and needed another staff to step up.
The staff were so helpful and the location was a short transit away from the downtown core. Overall wonderful experience.

EXCELLENT ROOM. FRONT DESK GUY ON ARRIVING NEEDS SOME TRAINING.CANT UNDERSTAND A WORD HE SAYS...MUMBLES AND NO GREEETING.JUST STARED AT US. OTHER STAFF VERY GOOD THOUGH.

Location: Subway, Granville, restaurants, pier.
Wonderful view, staff was extremely helpful, and had a great location. Nicely close to the subway, amazing restaurants, Granville, and pier.

Great location for getting all over Vancouver.

For not being directly downtown, it was a great location as it was easy to catch public transit to pretty much anywhere in the city you'd want to go. Plus only a few minutes walk to Yolks, which had maybe the best breakfast in town. Try to get a room with a view though. One view is amazing, the other of a back alley behind the hospital.
