Nice hotel close to restaurants and transpotations

Posted Jul 25, 2016
Nice and clean. I loved the comfortable sheets. It took a while to check out since there was only one clerk working at the busy time of a day. But overall, I liked this hotel and love to stay again.

Comfortable hotel

Posted Jul 21, 2016
Overall a good clean and comfortable place. Breakfast area is too small and there is no elevator.

Too small for our family

Posted Jul 21, 2016
Cons: If there are bigger rooms, should give those to families. Free or much cheaper cot if not.
Location: A good view of the city from the hill, but not as close to things as we'd hoped. 1 m from Granville Island, 1 1/2 m from Science World area.
We booked the room for 5 (2 adults 3 kids) through expedia. When we got there, found out it was $20/night for a cot which barely fit in the room. We were tripping over each other. Very small poorly laid out bathroom too.

Dear Christine, Thank you for your kind words on our staff and we are happy to see that you enjoyed your overall experience. We cannot add windows to our dining room as the outer wall is "weight bearing" but thank you for the comments. We truly hope you enjoyed Vancouver!

Hôtel bien situé mais bruillant

Posted Jul 16, 2016

Not what I expected!

Posted Jul 12, 2016
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Pillow case had stain on it.
Location: Location was ok.
Room was musty smelling. Staff was rude and did not seem to know what was going on. The three people ahead of me were all complaining. I would hope hope Expedia to look into this as a three star hotel.

Nice hotel close to downtown

Posted Jul 10, 2016
Pros: Allowed early check-in after we arrived early due to morning arrival flights.
Cons: They advertised rooms that slept 5. Ended up with two double beds and had to crowd a cot in the room with us.
Location: Central to everything in Vancouver. Was easy to use city transportation to Stanley Park, Anthropology Museum, airport, etc.
Nice hotel. About 5 blocks from city train station. Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance, including the hotel restaurant.

Dear Jill, Thank you for bringing to our attention that advertised is ability to hold 5 people in our guestrooms; this is incorrect and we will alter. We are glad that we were able to accommodate your early check-in and that you enjoyed the hotel. We hope to serve you again.
