Exceptional location. Lots of dining out opportunities. The mountains and great outdoors to Noth Van are right off the doorstep as to is Stanley Park and great view across the water to Dtwn Vancouver.

We were very sad to leave and wish we booked our entire stay in Vancouver here! Beautiful room, beautiful pool, great location close to many shops and a great view of downtown. We think this is definitely the side to stay on with its lush greenery, many shops and restaurants but is much more quiet than down town.

The room had a distinct musty, body odor, smell smell. It appeared the floor had flooding as the carpet was wrinkled and looked a little discolored. The linens were spotless, crisp and clean, and the view was wonderful. I was too exhausted to say anything otherwise I would’ve asked for a different room. Unfortunately it was very late at night and I could barely keep my eyes open when I arrived.

The location is great in term of restaurants and public transportation, and the lobby and entrance were lovely. That said, the interior of the room was a bit disappointing when compared with all the very positive reviews. There was only 1 chair, which was inconvenient for 2 people, and the furnishings could use a bit of attention and updating. The bed was very firm and the pillows were not very comfortable.

I love how convenient it is to the shops, restaurants and transportation. The one issue I have is the carpet in the room was quite dirty. Will have to bring slippers next time I stay!

Beautiful hotel! Definitely recommend getting the harbour view! Perfect view of the water and Vancouver skyline! Conveniently located, safe and very clean!

Very well located by Lonsdale Quay with tons of dining options. Easy walk to seabus to head downtown. The pool is well maintained. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and efficient.

They offered vip access and discount for the lounge. The room was nice but wish we got the harbour view over the city view but it was still nice and roomy. Will definitely go back in the summer.

However, we do have other options like our Harbourview 2 Double Beds (good for families)! Maybe give that one a try! Hopefully we see you more in the future!

Great hotel with a great view from the 8th floor of the bay. Only small gripe: They charge for the non-brand water bottles in the room. Absurd! But I loved the hotel and the area and recommend it highly.

Was expecting more supplies like toothbrushes and toothpaste, razors, dishes and cutleries etc. Also, perhaps more staff at lobby during peak check-in hours would be better. All in all great stay!

Really noisy with truck sounds from the street below. Cold cott had no covers. The pool was mostly rented to a swim team, so the kids couldn’t swim.
