Pros: It was much cheaper than the other hotels near the convention centre.
Cons: It's just an older hotel
Location: The Convention Centre is right there!
It wasn't the pinnacle of Vancouver, but it was very nice.

The people who work here are great! My wife and I were on the way to the train station on the complimentary hotel car, when we realized we had left our passports back in the safe in the room. Luckily the driver raced back we called front desk and they had our things and helped us book a bus back to Seattle!! Great stay here the location is great and the view is amazing!

The room we stayed in had a view of the mountains and water between two buildings which contributed to the charm of the room. The hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants and other downtown activities as well as a train station. Brant the valet was extremely helpful in giving us recommendations and was personally invested in our experience of Vancouver!

Pros: The location was the only thing I liked about the hotel, everything else was just okay. The price through expedia was okay.
Cons: The hotel should care about it's reputation for hospitalit, especially as an older hotel. True hospitality would make up for it's tired decor.
Location: The harbour front is lovely. Canada Place, wonderful restaurants, access to Stanley Park, access to downtown and to transportation.
This hotel is okay, but not the experience I had hoped for. The rooms are older, with noise spilling in from all sides, the sheets smelled musty, not fresh, and while surfaces were clean, the room felt overused. At night, light beamed in from the hallway through the door cracks. It was not a peaceful night. The Valet employees were wonderful, offering directions, advice, and umbrellas as we headed out for breakfast. The evening before, was stressful dealing with the conceierge for check in. I called the hotel earlier that day from home to confirm my reservation and let them know my friend would be checking in before me. They directed me to Expedia to add her name to the reservation and assured me they would make a note of it too. There was a miscommunication between the hotel and expedia, so that my reservation was lost and my friend could not check in (she then went elsewhere). This complicated all of our plans and upon landing at YVR, I called the hotel to rectify the lost reservation. It was so stressful because it meant my transportation plan was affected and in chaos! Upon arriving at the hotel, after re-confirming our reservation form the airport not an hour earlier, they said it couldn't be found. It took another half an hour to sort out-- this was well over an hour of time spent just confirming, rectifying, reconfirming our reservation throughout the day. There was no apology from either the hotel or expedia-a half attempt- upgraded room view. Poorly handled!!

Pros: location, plus it`s in Vancouver!
Cons: air conditioning and heating unit
the hotel seems a bit tired and long in the tooth. The air conditioning and heating unit was very loud and seemed to go on at 3:00 in the morning. Not very restful.

Nice staffs and great location

Pros: location, room is clean.
Cons: Valet parking
Location: close to Chinatown, they have a lot of good foods! and close to Robson st.
I go to Vancouver once few months, I has stay different hotels to try to find the one I really like. Pinnacle located in a great location, close to downtown and Chinatown. Room is Clean and has a nice view. Only thing I have complaint is the Valet Parking. It charge $40 CAD per day. we have a one and half year old so we figured out that might be more convenient to have a valet parking. However, I called the number to asked to get my car. 15 minutes later we went down but the car still not there! so I had to ask the person who at the front to get our car, its another 10 minutes! and they were not busy at all! On the day we checked out, I called to get my car again but there is no one answer the phone! so we went town to asked somebody at the front to get the car, of cause we waited about 10 minutes. Valet parking should be easy, fast and convenient, but I don't see the same way! I maybe will stay at the same hotel next time only if the price is cheaper than others and I would not have the valet parking in there again!

The hotel is a little dated. But the staff were great, the room was comfortable enough. The dessert with the chocolate fudge brownie from the restaurant below is a must! One thing we had that was not too nice was the vent in the bathroom was picking up cigarette smoke from somewhere and pouring into our bathroom. But we would stay again.
