Charming 5 Acre Hobby Farm, Sauna, Hot Tub Near I-5/i-205

Family-friendly vacation home with spa tub and sauna

Located at the end of a long, gated drive, the house sits at the center of the five-acre hobby farm. Goats, chickens, and cows roam all around the pastures, and wildlife is often seen coming into the field to enjoy the cows' salt lick. A quiet, very private and clean three-bedroom house with comfy beds and lots of room for physical distancing. The Hot Tub and Steam Barrel Sauna are just outside the back door. Covered outdoor grilling on the large BBQ. We provide each guest new Grill Mats to cook on. Firepit table with six comfy rocker chairs for evening conversations and star gazing. There is a glass top outdoor eating table under a large light up umbrella and lots of fairy lights at night. All this is conveniently close to the I 5 and I 205 junction. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion on this trip! We love setting up the property according to the guests. We have games for the kiddos, toys for the doggos or sometimes a bottle of wine for the parents. Please let us know the names and ages of each guest and if you are celebrating a special occasion.The bedrooms are clean and comfy with brand new queen beds and bedding. Ceiling fans in each room and floor fans are available. Kitchen is fully equipped with new dinnerware and utensils. We provide coffee beans for freshly ground coffee in a Drip Coffee Maker or a Keurig with plenty of coffee pods. We have lots of Teas to choose from for the tea drinkers. Ample condiments and some snacks in the pantry. We also offer Grocery Pick Up service at no charge. Just call one of our local grocery stores, order and pay for your groceries. We will pick them up and stock the kitchen for you just make sure to give my name as the customer name and everything will be in place before you arrive. Email me for more details. In the bathrooms you will find plenty of soaps, lotions and new bath towels for your use. 55" TV and Dish Network or use your own Netflix with our WiFi . We have many family movies to choose from. Some games in our game closet include a Giant Jenga or Giant Connect Four. Regular size games as well! Owners live onsite just far enough away to be private but close enough to be available for any needs that may arise. You may see us twice a day on property, cleaning the hot tub every morning between 7-9 am and feeding the farm animals every afternoon. Otherwise we are on the other side of the big shop in our own area with our private yard and deck. Our two dogs, Oscar, an Australian Shepherd Lab mix, Lizzy, a Tri-Color Sheltie may come out to greet you. Both are friendly moochers. Located just off I 5 and close to I 205. We are close to PDX, iLani Casino, Hiking Trails, Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge, 10 minutes to Battle Ground Lake and Lewisville Park. 5 minutes to Clark Co Fairgrounds Event Center and the Sunlight Supply Amphitheater. Close to Golf, hiking, biking, kayaking and shopping. Plenty of Antique Stores to brows through just 5 minutes away in Battle Ground. Our personal "You Gotta See This" is just 15 minutes south on I 5 is the Vancouver Waterfront Community with a wealth of cultural and recreational experiences for visitors to explore. Great Restaurants like Wild Fin and Barlow's Pub House for the best seafood experience.
