Self-contained, 1bdrm garden level suite with spacious patio open to a lush garden. The patio is furnished to provide guests with a tranquil setting for an outdoor breakfast time during our warm season. During COVID19, available to travellers requiring quarantine time period.
Perfect for a couple/family visiting Vancouver, or as a sabbatical home for UBC faculty or grad students.

Conveniently located in South Dunbar residential neighbourhood with only 1 min walk to DT bus stop and 4 min walk to UBC bus stop (10-15min bus ride).

Garden Suite close to Granville Island
The property is well located near downtown Vancouver and Granville Island. Self Check-in was easy. Charlotte was very accommodating to our requests. The kitchen was awesome and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was on the small side but recently updated with a good shower. The patio and garden is a wonderful place to relax and have a coffee (weather permitting). Vehicle recommended and street parking is available. Would recommend this unit to friends and family or anyone. Chris M

This space was immaculate! Charlotte is a gem. Tye kitchen is top notch. The bed was great. She thought of everything, absolutely every detail. I don’t really want to highly recommend because I want it to be available for when I need to stay in Vancouver, but I have to be honest. Excellent space, excellent host, excellent location. Thanks Charlotte!!!

Charming Apartment and Great Location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Short drive to UBC and quick walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely hope to spend a few nights here again in the future!
