Never again

Cons: Too many things to mention
Location: The area is not very nice and there is a particularly bad smell outside. We would not feel safe outside at night
The clerk on the desk was a most unusual character and his knowledge was very limited. When we went to our room we discovered a used towel on the floor and bodily fluids on the toilet seat. Upon informing receptions we were told the room could be cleaned. This was unacceptable and eventually we were moved to the top floor which could only be accessed by going up the last level by what could only be described as a service lift. (1 lift to floor 11 and then change to another for the last floor). The bar fridge wasn't built in but rather free standing. Not all the power points were operational. The bathroom was outdated with the shower pressure being very poor. When seated in the restaurant for dinner we weren't told the kitchen would be closing very soon but instead kept being pestered to make a meal and drink choice and then were given our bill.

Nice hotel close to shopping and nice restaurant.

The staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious compare to hotels that I stayed at Hong Kong. Enjoyed the queen size bed. They need to improve on the pillows. They were not the comfortable. To me I prefer more lighting in the room. Overall the hotel is OK and I'll come back for another visit.

Cons: Microwave in room would be better.
Nice hotel near everything. Good shuttle service to/from airport. Very polite stuffs. Only thing missing is a microwave in room.

Hotel location is convenience!

Overall a good experience except for the carpet in my room needs to be cleaned. It looks very dirty and old.

Old hotel

Radisson - Vancouver airport

Pros: Hotel staff was most helpful
Cons: Rooms needed better cleaning; carpets were a bit dirty.
Location: Very convenient if you enjoy Chinese restaurants.
The Radisson was very convenient to the Vancouver Airport; when we arrived the hotel receptionist was very helpful and accommodating; she made good recommendations for nearby Chinese restaurants.

Close to Airport

Expedia info said penthouse with mountain view. There is no direct mountain view because of the hotel's orientation. So very disappointed with the view. Hotel in Korean part of town so restaurant choices walking distance are extremely limited. Lunch special offered 15% off bill but hotel must have a faulty calculator since I only got half the discount. I would pick another hotel in the future.

Good location with shuttle to the airport

Pros: The entrance and foyer were inviting and we could park right out front to get settled. It was convenient and comfortably furnished.
Location: This hotel is close to the airport. There are many good Chinese restaurants nearby and Tin Tin Seafood was excellent.
We chose this hotel close to the airport after our weekend in Whistler. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check in and room was comfortable and adequate, and included breakfast and free shuttle.
