Close to Richmond Night Market

The worst sleep number beds possible. Mine stopped working and I couldn't get it firmer than 5. I was sunken into the mattress the whole night. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep. We had three rooms and all of them had dirty tubs and carpets that looked like they were peed on or worse. So gross. Add that to the Fresh Restaurant where nothing is fresh, and it guaranteed us never coming back to any Radisson hotels. Grossest hotel ever!

The Hotel need to be renovated and monitor the house keeping stuffs.

Ok location close to the airport

I stayed to get some sleep between a late arrival and an early departure. This hotel seems nice enough but it is tired. The food options and cut off for room service was poot. Thank fully there is a 24hr Tim Hortons half a block away. There was a shuttle to YVR which proved useful. However, I did not end up sleeping well.

Nice hotel - close to airport

Location: Spent some time in Vancouver via rail and in Stephenson via bus - terminal right down the block.
Provided shuttle to and from airport. Great dining room with extra percentage off for charging to room. Easy transportation available on both train and bus. Tim Horton right down the block.

Fine in General

Pros: Near public transportation and clean room.
Cons: More comfortable living area.
Location: Not much to do near by though small mall near for ethnic use.
It was mostly satisfactory stay close to public train service.

We enjoyed the hotel - last minute booking. Was disappointed that for the price of the room which was around 300.00 for the night - they did not include breakfast. Had to go to the local supermarket to buy some breakfast items.

Nice quiet room...excellent and helpful staff...free parking....sky train very convenient to downtown Vancouver.

Vancouver Vacation

Pros: Service and staff.
Location: We were able to go to our destination using public transportation no need for a car. The hotel provided shuttle service for nearby activities.
The services in this hotel is exceptional . The staff is very attentive and helpful. The hotel is very clean.

Average hotel, average food

Hotel is in a good location as it is in close proximity to the airport, however the toom carpet was filthy/stained and the food was below average - either over cooked, wilted greens and a complete lack of consistency i.e. I ordered the same breakfast 3 days in a row and each day I received a completely different version of the same order. Would only recommend this to a freind/associate in a pinch.
