All experience of my family was good. We wish we had more time to spent there. Beds were little to small as we thought but other than that, it was great place to stay!! Thank you for the good service.

We arrived late and my husband asked for an extra blanket for our baby and they told us we had to go into our room and call to the front desk and then they would bring us one. Also a hidden fee of 30 for parking. Not that impressed.

Huge room with full kitchen and 2 queen beds. Walls were a little thin though. Some street noise on 4th floor. Great stay.

Baseboard Heater was cranked on and could not find where the thermostat was, when I tried to phone down to front desk no one picked up. There was a hole in wall with a chunck of plywood Tapped to wall to cover it. One sketchy looking druggy out side smoking when I arrived, parking stalls were very crowded and small, wouldn’t recommend and wasn’t worth the 140$ a I spent to stay there

Honestly - staff was great, location was great. Our room smelt real funky the whole time, definitely wasn't "clean" by any means. Building is very dated and very loud at night from surrounding tenants

The location was great for first time visiting Vancouver, walkable The building is really out dated , repair patch, little bump hazard on our living space was dangerous for my little kids, the kept falling, my youngest fell over the trip bump transition on the floor and bunked his forehead to the corner of wall and got a bruise and bump (glad it didn’t cut open) As you approach the building you smell sewage not sure that is city issue or the building!!! Location were great for us. Staff were really friendly. I don’t think I will go back there again just because of the condition of the building itself!

This was the perfect hotel to spend a pleasant and enjoyable night in Vancouver at a very affordable price. The rooms were clean and safe and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Priyanshu (the concierge), was incredibly helpful with the check-in process and provided a very welcoming atmosphere for my short stay. Would certainly recommend if staying in Vancouver again.

It might not be the most high-end hotel in the world, I’m not sure what the star rating is. That said, it’s in the middle of everything, it’s cheap, it’s always clean, and the staff are helpful. Frankly is what I need when I go downtown and don’t want to pay a huge bill for a stay.
