Just okayPosted Oct 5, 2015
You'll need to pay $1 for each luggage you stored with them. It's not much but made you feel you're staying in a motel or youth house.

So close to the QE!Posted Oct 4, 2015
Pros: The view from the top floor was fantastic.
Cons: The elavators, as previous guests have noted, are v-e-r-y s-l-o-w! Not sure how the hotel can address that.
Location: Location on Robson is so central. You can walk just about anywhere you might want. Parking is very reasonable for downtown.
We were staying over since we both had events in Vancouver the next morning and wanted to save ourselves the long drive in again. It was so nice to walk the 2 blocks rather than fight traffic.

Location, location, locationPosted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: Location, comfort and cleanliness
Cons: Wifi service, even with assistance from front desk did not work on two devices
Location: Art Galleries, Centre for Performing Arts, Gastown, BC Place, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance

Expensive but good locationPosted Sep 28, 2015
With parking cost $300/night Stayed with my daughter who was sleeping on sofa bed but it was really old and dirty when you took seat cushions off. Corner deluxe suite that I expected more from. Positive was location.

Nice hotel, pleasant staffPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and pleasant staff
Cons: There should be a selection of pillows on the bed. Our pillows were very thick and neither my husband or myself slept well due to this.
Location: Good location to walk Robson street (shopping). There are a variety of restaurants close by.
We stayed one night at the Rosedale on Robson. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was clean; the most important thing to us. It was in a good location for shopping as Robson is the prime shopping street. There are also many restaurants nearby including Original Joe's which is attached to the hotel and is quite good. There should be a selection of pillows to choose from; ours were very thick and we did not sleep well.

Very handy for pre-cruise stay.Posted Sep 27, 2015
Great pre-cruise stay. Larger that needed, but enjoyed the size, and comforts of home. Complimentary umbrellas was a nice touch for the intermittent rain. Would love to stay again or recommend to friends. Excellent in every aspect.

Pros: convenience to shopping and entertainment
staff unfriendly, housekeeper pushing us out of our room before 9 am, elevators not working properly, hotel looking rundown compared to previous stays, service in the restaurant very slow (1/2 hr wait just to get coffee), for the price will be looking for a new hotel for next trip

It was an ok hotel!Posted Sep 23, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Change the bedroom for more comfort and accessibility. Update the rooms!
Location: It was very close to trendy shops and reataurants
It was ok, but dated! You could only get into one side if the double bed. It was most inconvenient! The room should have only one Queen or King!
