We were placed in the wrong room at first, also I had pre-ordered balloons to be up in the room upon arrival and they weren’t, I even asked at the front desk if everything was ready and was told yes, I phoned the front desk upon arriving into the wrong room and was called ‘Mister’ Hay, told the front desk my concerns and was asked to wait and they’d call me back…. About 15 mins went by and they didn’t call back so I called the front desk again and was called Mister yet again…. They did however attempt to make it right by upgrading our room to one bedroom suite so that was great…. But before leaving for dinner, I had called and asked for the sink to be filled with ice (we were wanting to chill our champagne and wine) and when we returned, that wasn’t done, when I phoned to request again, I was again called ‘Mister’ and all they did was bring me one bucket full of ice…. I had to request more …. All in all it was a great evening, just the little things kind of put an over laying negative cloud on the evening.
