The lobby bar service was absolutely terrible. Manager was extremely unfriendly and not accommodating. Hawksworth was even worse. Bartender was very rude. Would never go there again.

Pleasant staff, beautiful interiors, high quality accommodation, great location. Forced valet parking is a negative in my opinion - there should be an easy and safe self-park available for those who want it.

Almost everything good. A little too expensive in relative terms to similar hotels. The Reflections restaurant at the 4th floor has a terrible service and menu.

We were placed in the wrong room at first, also I had pre-ordered balloons to be up in the room upon arrival and they weren’t, I even asked at the front desk if everything was ready and was told yes, I phoned the front desk upon arriving into the wrong room and was called ‘Mister’ Hay, told the front desk my concerns and was asked to wait and they’d call me back…. About 15 mins went by and they didn’t call back so I called the front desk again and was called Mister yet again…. They did however attempt to make it right by upgrading our room to one bedroom suite so that was great…. But before leaving for dinner, I had called and asked for the sink to be filled with ice (we were wanting to chill our champagne and wine) and when we returned, that wasn’t done, when I phoned to request again, I was again called ‘Mister’ and all they did was bring me one bucket full of ice…. I had to request more …. All in all it was a great evening, just the little things kind of put an over laying negative cloud on the evening.

It's downtown Vancouver, lots gorgeous places to shop and sightseeing. Friendly and delightful staff always at looking out to help in need. Used morning room dining service and that's fabulous experience. Any time to arrive, valet parking always available. Very clean room, bed and floor, slightly air leaking window can feel the dlow of air, consider the history of the building it is quite fair. Might be anniversary again.

Our family enjoyed the warmer salt water pool, room amenities were great! Room was spacious and very kid friendly. They came to give cookies and treats for the kids which was a surprise. The valet parking was very convenient. We were able to walk around the town without our car.

The staff were exceptional, the turn down service was perfection, and the toiletries that were available in the room/bathroom were very much appreciated. I used to stay at The Hotel Georgia with my grandparents when I was a young girl. Even then the service and hotel were exceptional. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.
