This hotel had everything we needed, friendly staff and great location. I do think our room was very loud due to being next to the elevator, but it was still workable. Shampoo and conditioner in 1 bottle is the worst. Overall quite happy with our experience.

I really like the Sandman Hotel. It is one black away from Library Square and a few blocks away from great shopping on Robson Street. The Moxie's in the Sandman served great food. I would recommend it to anyone. The only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations.

Good price Close to Rogers Arena Staff were incredible kind! The woman who checked us in was incredibly kind and even called up to our room to see if we needed anything. The cleaning staff were so friendly. Was an awesome stay and we will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel seems to be in the midst of upgrading. Beds, wallpaper and counters seem new, some showers, walls and doors are still old. Pool is definitely old and needing renos, but clean. Pool area constantly out of towels. Staff are friendly and moved us to a higher floor on our second day. Housekeeping is not as friendly. The morning we were to check out, the maid knocked on our door and tried to let herself in before we had a chance to answer and wanted to know when we were leaving. I had also booked a queen room but got doubles.

We were in Vancouver to see a hockey game and the location of this hotel is perfect, about a 5 min walk to Rogers arena. The hotel itself was unimpressive. I've stayed in a few other Sandman hotels that were much nicer. They also gave us the wrong room when we got there. They fixed it right away when I called the front, but that shouldn't happen. Lastly, the shower towels were tiny and what you'd expect at a Motel 6, not a decent hotel.
