Requested room away from freeway as we knew it would be loud. They upgraded us to a suite, but still on the freeway side of the building. Road noise was loud. Rooms are showing their age: cracked tiles, wall and furniture dings, etc.

It is a lovely property with good access to amenities but no security and little to no response to guest concerns regarding unattended minors running through the halls yelling and playing games. Was told they couldn’t do anything. Kids themselves admitted parents were off site .

Dear Kevin,Thank you for your feedback, any available upgrades are based on the hotels availability on the date of your stay, I am sorry to hear that in this instance we were unable to accommodate a complimentary upgrade. All of guest rooms currently have 42" TV's in them and the hotel is in the process of upgrading these to a larger size. Please contact us the next time you are visiting Langley and we would be happy to try to arrange an upgrade for you.

Check in was slow with a line up of guests. Elevator had dirty floors. Room is very clean but right on the highway. I was “upgraded” to this room that’s incredibly noisy. Nice staff at front desk. But won’t stay here again.

The bed was clean, but otherwise, the room itself needed sooooo much maintenance - battered furniture, bathroom had cracked tiles, peeling wallpaper, blackened caulking, uncleared exterior windows. Rooms are poorly insulated - loud road noise and people in hall. Costly room for what was provided.
