Not as per Sheraton standards

Staff was not courtsious,bed sheets were not changed inspite of our request,only one bottle of complimentry water in the room, on request it took more then half an hour each time. Second day when we returned from sight seeing your at 3.30 pm the house keeping was going on and we had to go up to the room to check as system was not updated at the reception.no body has any clue. Very poor house keeping. Very expensive hotel and every thing like a motel. An iota on Sheraton.

Nice room , soaker tub was the only thing missing

We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days. My 75 year old mother and my 16 year old son became very sick and we had to leave one day early to go back to the US and get them medical attention. The hotel would not refund us the 3rd day.

We stayed for 2 days & they charged us for 3 days.

Pros: good staff, comfortable beds
Cons: expedia should be held accountable for misrepresenting the rooms available. hire more cleaning staff. bathtub with bar.
Expedia misrepresented the room by pictures of walk in shower and lounge shown when we were booking a family suite. It said that there was a bath however no mention that there was no walk in shower as shown. We assumed that 2 rooms 2 bathrooms or at least a walk in shower and a bath. There were no bars in the tub which is now not uncommon. The only disability accessible room had only 1 bed making it impossible for a person needing an attendant to travel. Also as we were attending a conference we were very disappointed that there was no lounge in the room so we were unable to hold a meeting. When we arrived there was a crowd of people standing around with only 1 small wall (full) bench. The badly designed front desk and entry had no chairs and only a narrow crowded doorway area. Although we were told to arrive at 2pm (we arrived at 2:30) we were told there was a back up as the cleaning staff had too many rooms and had not caught up. I was told that people hadn't yet left our room even though late departure was noon. This was obviously not true. It seemed more likely that there were not enough cleaning staff hired to meet the needs. We were told that no room existed that had 3 beds, a lounge and a walk in shower. We waited 1 1/2 hours. Staff was extremely helpful. The swimming and gym was accessible only by walking outside thru the front door and walking up a ramp to a second tower. All other guests could go from the 3rd floor however there was no elevator for those needing it

Great location!

Great downtown location, you can walk everywhere and the view was fatastic. I would easily recommend it, food was very good and parking is right beneath the building

Hotel is overpriced,they don't have good ,comfortable lobby I was expecting nice rooftop bar etc.

Very convenient hotel in Vancouver's dowtown

I had to attend a Monday meeting, so I organize a long weekend getaway with my wife. The central location was a plus, as I was at walking distance to my Monday meetings, while still very well located for my our weekend activities. Our south tower / view room was perfect for our stay, recently renovated and very comfortable bed. The staff was able to accommodate a very early check-in in a high floor.

We stayed in a recently renovated room and it was very clean and we had a nice city view. Would go back to Sheraton again!

Great location. Clean room. Disappointing pool.

First, I got my room with parking included, fabulous as it cost around 38 Canadian dollars per day otherwise. The room is large enough for 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant. The pool was clean but the facilities look pretty old, the tile, the washrooms.
