Great hotel, excellent location!

Pros: The rooms are very big and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Location: Excellent location right downtown with everything within walking distance.
From checkin to checkput everything was great, very helpful and friendly staff!!

Central location but expensive for what you get.

Cons: Better room facilities
Location: Very central, easy walking access to everything.
Easy check-in and friendly staff etc, we booked a room with access to the club lounge which is basically like a airline lounge. The food on offer here was very basic, but being included in the room rate I suppose it was reasonable. The room itself was basic and overpriced, very small bathroom, huge TV and great view of the city. No mini-bar, just a fridge with nothing in it.

The stay was very nice and relaxing.

There was a dirty coffee fitter in the coffee maker. They moved us to a better room and bigger room. It was a great stay tho. Iam looking forward to go back and stay at the Sheraton.

Nice hotel close to everything, nice view

Great location. Beautiful view of the city and mountain from 26th floor. Staff are great. Room is very neat and clean. The only thing i didnt like is our door doesnt lock, can open the door without key so we have to call the front desk and they fixed it right away. Also, when i booked my room i ask for a crib but when we got to the room there's no crib and my lil one was tired so we have to wait for crib to be deliver.

Great location and super friendly staff!

We stayed here for the holidays and our room was upgraded to a club room on the 30th floor for an extra 100$ a night. This came with self parking but we used valet parking instead (38$/night) which I found a bit pricey. The staff was excellent and everyone was super helpful as we came with our baby. This hotel is a little bit older now but would still stay here for the location!

Excellent Accommodations

Pros: Nice view, comfortable.
Location: All the things you would expect of a big city having.
We stayed for 2 nights and were not disappointed. It had a nice view of the city, the rooms were comfortable and fit all 5 of us well.

Convenient location with ample parking space. The staff provided excellent service. Our room faced the hospital and could get noisy at times.

embarrassing and cramped.

It look us 30 minutes to check in we had to wait in a 7 person line. We booked a king and were told that they didn't have a king available so we got put in a handicapped room which was fine the only thing was the shower was way too short we had to dick under the shower to clean ourselves. If we were told that at the beginning by the hotel staff maybe we would have gone to a double. Then we were told that the pool can be accessed by the 3rd floor. I was so embarrassed we stepped out of the elevator in a towel and a bathing suit into a room full of tuxedos. I called again to guest services and she said accessed by the 3rd floor. Maybe next time you should meantion you have to walk outside of actual directions instead of go to the 3rd floor. I was so embarrassed. Also when we got to our room there was tons of dust on the bed. It wasn't a great experience and frankly not worth the price. To wait 30 minutes to check in is crazy and one hotel staff told people to go to the south tower for check in. However if you are staying in the North tower you can't check in the south. Not satisfied.

Not as good as we expected...

- The sound isolation in our room was extremely poor. I could hear people talking right below our room as if they were in the same room as I. Worst of all is when those guests decided to throw a party at 2 AM one night. I had to call guest services twice for them to send security to the room in question. The security agent couldn't find the source of the loud music. I had to invite him in my room at 2 AM, while my family was sleeping in another room, in order for him to get a better idea of where the sound was coming from. We had to travel early the next day, so you can guess how bothersome this was. - The family suit we were assigned to was right next to a construction site. During the day, the noises from the construction crew were bothersome when trying to put a baby to sleep. - The cleanup of our room was skipped one day. I specifically requested that our room be cleaned that day and I didn't have a "do not disturb" sign on. The cleaning lady never came. I had to request yet again that our room be cleaned, but since we were in the room at that moment the cleaning crew didn't do a full cleanup (i.e.: no vacuuming, beds not done, etc.) - Receptionist forgot to flag a request we made in their system. We would have been locked out of our room had I not double-checked with them.
