Not as good as we expected...

- The sound isolation in our room was extremely poor. I could hear people talking right below our room as if they were in the same room as I. Worst of all is when those guests decided to throw a party at 2 AM one night. I had to call guest services twice for them to send security to the room in question. The security agent couldn't find the source of the loud music. I had to invite him in my room at 2 AM, while my family was sleeping in another room, in order for him to get a better idea of where the sound was coming from. We had to travel early the next day, so you can guess how bothersome this was.
- The family suit we were assigned to was right next to a construction site. During the day, the noises from the construction crew were bothersome when trying to put a baby to sleep.
- The cleanup of our room was skipped one day. I specifically requested that our room be cleaned that day and I didn't have a "do not disturb" sign on. The cleaning lady never came. I had to request yet again that our room be cleaned, but since we were in the room at that moment the cleaning crew didn't do a full cleanup (i.e.: no vacuuming, beds not done, etc.)
- Receptionist forgot to flag a request we made in their system. We would have been locked out of our room had I not double-checked with them.
