Always a great stay

I always stay here when I am in the area Friendly accomadating staff , clean rooms and always a good stay

hotel mistreated two disabled people

This room was booked for a disabled father and son to spend Thanksgiving with their family. They called and confirmed the disabled room with two queen beds. They could not sleep in one bed bc the father was recovering from recent spinal surgery. The hotel clerk told them they only had king bed rooms left. When the son explained that they could not share a bed due to disability they were offered a second room—at their own expense. Then the clerk just walked away and ignored them until they left. Holiday Inn nearby was cleaner, nicer and very accommodating. I will never send anyone to Shilo Inn ever again. Boo. Zero out of five.

As we messaged. The reservation was booked as a two queen regular room from Expedia. We did not have the ADA with two queens. The clerk did everything she could including calling to find a hotel with ADA with two queens close by. She only walk away to call management as she was being yelled at it scared her also throwing the law office business card at her that she was going to be sued. Again we are sorry but the wrong room was booked. We hope you have a wonderful day.

Thin walls could hear the conversations next door, plus the intimate sounds of the couple. The room smelled of old socks.

Overall a nice hotel.

Pros: close to restaurants
Location: I was close to friends that lived close by and we were able to visit them here at the hotel
The girl behind the desk was very helpful,and cheerful

Disappointing

The hotel itself and the room were very disappointing. It is outdated, old, and in need of remodeling. The hallways smell like stale smoke and you can hear everything going on in the next room or hall. The room overall was ok, just old and rundown. The bed was also uncomfortable. The worst part for us was the breakfast. We always look for a hotel with free breakfast and it was so disappointing that we had to go out and buy breakfast after. I can't believe they are able to advertise it since they were out of everything and the hotel wasn't even crowded. No milk for cereal, a waffle iron with no waffle mix or syrup, out of juice, out of yogurt. All we got was a bagel and coffee. Won't be going back.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would be my first pick every time not only great price and friendly staff but the best location too (I5 or 205).

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very big and it had a fridge and microwave and a coffee maker. They have a small breakfast each morning that fill you up. Even had a iron and ironing board you can use. A lot of fast food restaurant beside it and two nice restaurant/ bars

We usually stop here when visiting family. Close to a Safeway, Starbucks and easy access to freeway. Hotel staff are very gracious. For the buck, a nice stop.

Shower water temperature regulated

Bathroom not clean and worst of all the shower temperature was regulated so it never truly got hot. I can choose my own shower temperature, thank you. I won’t stay there again
