The property is obviously aged, and housekeeping can't keep up. Room wasn't all that clean or up to date. Noisy very noisy property. It was affordable but is barely above discount chains.

Great inexpensive hotel! We spend a couple weekends a month traveling for volleyball and stay in lots of hotels. We will for sure stay here again. It’s convenient and feels like a safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and comfortable and having the bedroom separate was great since I’m traveling with a teen. Very friendly staff! Will stay here again for sure.

stained sheets, lots of cosmetic damage and stains all around the suite, power outages, very outdated furniture and unit. only positive was the front staff. they were very friendly.

Very nice facility and convenient to everything. The elevator is a little slow, but that's not a big deal. I would definitely stay there again and will look for other Sonesta when traveling elsewhere. Well done!

Furniture in rooms is old and stained. Bed was hard and blankets had staining. Room smelled kind of like mildew, no fan in the bathroom. Walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors easily. Breakfast was good.

We loved the friendly staff at check in (and when the youngest locked the bathroom door), parking is super cheap and convenient, and the suite was clean and larger than expected. There was a TV in every room and noise level was fairly quiet. We will definitely consider coming back here and recommend to other traveling families with young children.

The living furniture is old and torn in a few places. The sofa bed doesn't lay flat, terribly uncomfortable with pocky springs. The door to the bathroom didn't stay closed unless you hold it and the lock didn't work. Dishes & utensils weren't washed well. Stains on the kitchen towels, stains on the carpet everywhere. Dust on the light fixtures. No towels at the hot tub went back to the front desk for them, no body was there. People walking upstairs woke me up a few times, and they were literally just walking, you can hear everything. They tried to charge me $5 for parking, that was marked free on Expedia. I was scared to leave the car, the area is sketchy. No EV charges. For the price expected better for sure. Good: sheets, outdoor hot tub (hot and open in the winter), breakfast

So relaxing here and better breakfast The Marriott Residence Cascade does wellness checks very disturbing couldn't get rest and they were rude to me and family knocking on door too much. Invasion of privacy

I loved our king suite - a great value for getting a separate living/dining room. I could see this being a great option for families and multiple nights as well. Front desk was friendly and professional at check in and it was a fantastic breakfast spread!

I cannot rate this highter than a 5 as the eggs were cold, the bath containers empty, when I asked to have a lite cleaning I was told I didnt ask for it and when they said they would go ahead and do it the next day, it didnt get done. The breakfast area was quite appealing tho.

I love this place. My second time in this location. Clean, quiet, and plenty of space to stretch out. Definitely my go-to when I visit Vancouver. The staff is super friendly too.

Our family enjoyed our stay..just need to fix the exhaust fan in the children’s bathroom it makes an unpleasant smell. Otherwise, the accommodation is very satisfactory.

In contrast to the bland features of many chain hotels, this hotel was more distinctive in decor and room arrangements. We especially appreciated how spacious our room was and the enjoyable breakfast. The gardens surrounding the hotel were magnificent!
