Great location. Elegant and clean. Staff is great

My room was not ready when I arrived. So I was getting nervous I would be late for a birthday dinner. But they have me a complimentary drink innthe Lounge while I waited. And then when my room was ready, they sent up chocolate and strawberries, and a nice card. Over all an excellent experience and an excellent stay. Great hotel. I would no hesitate to refer a friend, and u will stay there again.

We had a great time, however there was an item missing from our in room dining order. And the water stopper in the tub was not working. We didn't like that there was no fan on the bathroom. Other than that it was an excellent service and overall hotel. I will recommend it to friends & family.

Amazing!!!!!

First-class hotel all the way!! Comfortable beds nice staff, great concierge and a great location! We were on the top floor with a view of the harbour and it was spectacular! I cannot wait until the next time I stay at this hotel !

Excellent location

Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Sound proofing
Location: Waterfront, convention center, shopping
The reason for the choice of location was to accommodate a university graduate student field trip. The hotel was fine until the weekend when groups of noisy guests moved it.

Luxury Stay in Great Location

The waterfront location of this upscale hotel was perfect for our long weekend in Vancouver. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even housekeeping knew our name when they knocked on the door (very nice). The concierge (Robert) was extremely helpful in helping us set up our weekend. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed with a large bath, coffee maker, umbrellas and comfortable beds. The restaurant was attractive and had great live music at night. Location was not only beautiful from the waterfront rooms we booked, but also convenient for exploring the city. Would definitely stay again!

Good location, great view

I would recommend this hotel for the location and the view, also the water-view rooms are not subjected to the notoriously loud Vanciuver traffic. They should spend a few pennies in turning the outdoor pool into an indoor/outdoor pool, that would make this place great. The restaurant staff are great, although there are so many great dining options in VCR that it's hard to justify paying 'more for less' there. Very nice hotel overall .

Stylish hotel in the heart of the city

Cons: Hot tub area and fitness facility
With killer views and top notch service. The pillows were too big which is a matter of personal preference. I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. The fitness facility and hot tub need to be updated, everything else was fantastic!

Over price, and service was sucks, every time I drive back to the hotel there is no valet service, every time I have to go the concierge to ask the valet people come out. The parking fee was too high, not only that I stay for 3 nights, but they charge me 5 times valet fee. The service at the concierge is not that nice, Really really bad experience ever.
