As soon as I came into the room, it smelled very sweaty. The lobby smells like cigarette as well. Linens are not clean that I found few hair pieces as well

Very modern decor. Comfy bed with cable and a smart tv with Youtube app built in. USB charging on night table. Very clean. Only thing that I did not like was the fridge when it came on sounded like a very gusty wind outside (something to do with compressor I think) but after first night I got used to it. Being next to Grandview make sure to have earplugs as can hear some traffic noise. Nice little courtyard in the center of property and I believe the front desk was manned around the clock. Would def stay again.

I recently stayed at a hotel that impressed me significantly due to a couple of standout features. Firstly, the location was excellent, offering convenient access to numerous attractions making it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding area. Secondly, the staff was exceptionally warm and hospitable. I have stayed in many hotels, but the front desk lady here made a memorable impression with her enthusiastic and helpful demeanor

Very nice 3 night stay in this newly renovated hotel! Excellent, friendly front desk service and my suite was very clean. Just be aware that this hotel is on the Grandview Highway so there will be quite a bit of traffic noise; if you are a deep sleeper, you'll have no problems here. :)

Nice and newly updated building. The only issue was the suite I stayed in was very noisy right next to the highway and even with the sliding door closed there was a lot of highway noise that came through the air conditioning unit so much so that the door may as well have been wide open. Staff was friendly and professional, value was good for the size of the room and what it cost. Except for the noise it would’ve been a higher rating from me.

I stayed here for 4 days when I came over for training. My room had a little kitchenette which was brilliant. The hotel is appears to be a renovated older motel building. The insides of the rooms are clean and fresh. The flooring however is laminate, so its noisy if you're on the bottom floor and the upstairs people are night owls. Parking is free. Its a quick drive to anywhere in Burnaby or into Vancouver. If you're on a bit of a budget constraint, this is a great option!

The best thing about this hotel was the reception at the front desk. I was given a bottle of water and got to pick a treat out and was then escorted to my room and shown around. Such a refreshing change from so many impersonal hotels

From the moment we walked in we loved the place, we were treated very warmly by the woman at the front desk and offered water and snacks, we got to choose if we wanted 1st or 2nd floor, and we loved the layout of the hotel! The renovations are really nice and modern, I loved our view overlooking Vancouver and Burnaby, the noise wasn't too bad at all despite being so close to a major intersection, and it was very close to bus stops that are only a short ride away from the Expo and Millennium lines! They even let us borrow an umbrella at the front desk so we didn't have to buy one! When checking out, the man who helped us was just as nice and happy as the original woman who checked us in! Even topped up the snack basket for us. All the staff were happy and helpful the entire time. Also, I had the best sleep in YEARS in the bed there. Those pillows are the best I've used, I'd really love to get some for myself. We will definitely be using this hotel again on future trips! We were happy with the price as well, it felt like a good deal, especially compared to other hotels in Vancouver/Burnaby, and the great experience definitely made the price worth it! Thank you again :)
