Fabulous Staff and Room

Pros: Absolutely wonderful staff. The room was very spacious and in a great location with an even better view. The restaurant here is also great.
Location: On site restaurant. Walk to downtown. More shops, restaurants and things to see there.
Absolutely wonderful staff. From start to finish. Prepared everything I needed ahead of time and confirmed via phone and in writing. The room was very spacious and in a great location with an even better view. The restaurant here is also great. Afterwards I lost my receipt and they immediately sent a duplicate over. Such above and beyond attitudes of the staff. Thank you.

Very nice hotel close to Stanley Park

Pros: Nice ambience and very friendly staff. Loved the location most of all.
Cons: Could use a convenience shop with amenities that a guest might need like gauze for a wound.
Location: Absolutely loved that the hotel was so close to the harbor and Stanley Park. Also the free shuttle to Capitano Park.
Loved the easy, close access to Stanley park and the free bike rental! Great breakfast in the morning, comfortable beds. Hotel is being renovated so that was a minor negative. Cleaning lady walked in our hotel room without knocking.....a little unusual. Overall we had a very nice time.

Great hotel, friendly staff, the Starbucks I the lobby was very convenient and the restaurant had good food.

Rooms small and cramped. Cleaning inconsistent over three days-even left their cleaning cloth on the chair one day. Breakfast at hotel was terrible - buffet items often warm or empty dishes.

Very Nice Hotel

Warmly greeted by the hotel valet and concierge when we pulled in out front. Walking into the hotel I loved the fragrances! We were offered an upgraded room for nominal cost, which was well worth it. I felt the exercise room left a bit to be desired, but it was adequate. Room was very nice; spacious, great view of the harbor and comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice with upgraded features, but a bit tight/small. And I noticed the room near the sliders was not as clean as it should have been, have your staff vacuum more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would come back again for sure!

Great Location!

Had a great stay here. In town for a course, and the hotel was so convenient. Close to the course, close to restaurants, and close to a beautiful walk on the seawall. Even the Pacific Center was only a 15 min walk away. Would stay here again for sure!

Good but

Pros: The facilities and location are great
Cons: Staff should listed during the check-in process. Although I presented my spg membership card, it was just ignored.
I'm member of the spg programme. I was disappointed that the staff didn't recognise my status due to the fact that my reservation was through a third party - Expedia in this case.

a great place for an overnight getaway

Pros: The staff were very attentive and the locale was great.
Cons: Free wireless in the rooms
Location: It is close to Stanley Park and to the shopping district in Downtown Vancouver.
We booked it online and arrived slightly before the 4PM checkin so we enjoyed the ambience and comfortable chairs in the large lobby. We were upgraded to a junior suite (235) which was spacious and overlooked the Vancouver harbor and north Shore mountains. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful and tasty with a variety of items to choose from. We woke up to a dusting of snow and enjoyed a late checkout being a Sunday so the roads had been cleared.
