Expensive due to location - Familiar comfort

No question Vancouver hotels are very expensive $350-400/ night. But once you accept that ball park this Westin is a comfortable and easy hotel to like. Rooms are nice and quiet, staff is friendly. If you have an early flight note restaurant opens at 6:30an.

Convenient to YVR airport

Pros: Our room, the location and helpful staff. There was an opening window in our room for fresh air.
Location: 20 mins walk to a shopping area, large Chinese complex here. A few minutes walk to the Skytrain station for easy access to downtown.
We arrived at Vancouver International airport, and caught the Westin Hotel shuttle straight to the hotel. We arrived about 11am and were checked in promptly. Our room was not ready until 2pm and as it was raining, we had lunch in the cafe and then waited in the lobby. Our room was spacious, clean, very comfortable and quiet.. My husband enjoyed watching the planes coming in to land, the skytrain regularly passing by and views of the general area. Good value for our overnight stay and easy access to the airport. We caught the hotel shuttle each way.

A good hotel

The staff is great. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that the building is aging quickly.

Nice view at Executive Floor.

The hotel charge $15+tax for self park overnight parking, not an ideal choice for traveler arrive with rental car.

My Recent Stay

Pros: Cleanliness, Professional Staff, Upstairs Premium Lounge
Cons: Convenience to restaurants walking but not much that can be done about that.
Location: Beautiful walking path along the pier behind the hotel. Casino and dining close by but in order to get anywhere you have a walk on your hands.
I was recently there for business and enjoyed my stay. Although it is not located in the most convenient location, it was manageable and the staff and cleanliness were very good and professional. I will come back!

空港に近い

バンクーバー空港には近い。周辺開発があまり進んでいないので、徒歩圏でホテルの外で食事等はあまり多くの選択肢は無い。部屋に使い捨てのスリッパや歯ブラシといったものは無いので、持参しないと駄目である。空港からのタクシー代はメーター(約10ドル)に加えて、多くのチップを求められる(同等額の10ドルを)ケースが複数回あった。

Not easy to go in and out

Itchy bad sheet and pillow case. The club floor dirty and same type of food every day .

good hotel staff, poor hotel condition

Pros: staff is friendly and helpful. nice pool, but long way to walk to the pool
broken door restrictor, bathroom door cannot be locked.
