The space

The 640 square foot, one bedroom condo is located on the 32nd floor of the very well-appointed The Mark building in downtown Vancouver.

This one bedroom apartment features a queen-size bed, ample storage space, a clothes washer and dryer, a full kitchen, spacious living area, Italian leather recliner sofa, big screen SmartTV, patio, and of course, sweeping views of everything from English Bay to the North Shore mountains to Mount Baker from the 32nd floor panoramic windows.

In-house amenities include an enclosed office space, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, stainless steel cookware, Italian leather recliner sofa, 60 inch SmartTV with Netflix and Prime Video accounts, hardwood floors, marble countertops, gas range, Amazon Echo Show with Alexa, LED lights throughout, tub and shower combination, and of course spectacular views.

The Mark building is located 200 meters from the Vancouver seawall, and a short 5 minute walk to the Skytrain, which will take you to YVR-Vancouver International Airport in 25 minutes. You are less than 5 minutes walk away from supermarkets, restaurants, spas, shopping, share bikes, share cars, AquaBus, cafes and more. If you are driving, we have a dedicated, secure, gated parking space for you underground right next to the elevator.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Kitchens offer stovetops, microwaves, cookware/dishes/utensils, and dishwashers.
