You can walk to English bay from the hotel. But the hotel is too near the flyover. We missed the turning to the hotel. There are building constructions around the hotel vicinity at this moment. You will encounter some noise.
Would've been nice to know about the extra $800 I was having to put on the room, but besides that, fantastic stay. I would definitely stay there again. Glad the money was just a deposit.)
Really nice hotel about an hour from Vancouver. Gas station and fast food next door. Really nice rooms, fast water slide. Pool is small, kid area is pretty large. Great hotel for small families.
Convenient to ferries. The entrance is hard to locate - we took a wrong turn and ended up on the highway. There is construction going on, so the main entrance is blocked.
Airport shuttle. Chop restaurant is excellent. Walking distance to train. Happy stay.
Hotel in nice location close to a number of shopping malls. Very active night scene with lots of places to eat and plenty of places to have a good time.
We were there for such a short time and anxious to get home. The room was fine, the shuttle service great, very little restaurant choice nearby.

Decent hotel which is close to the airport and has a good, free shuttle service. The hotel is situated in a largely Chinese community. The surroundings are not very interesting but fine for an overnight stay. Downtown Vancouver is about 30 mins away by taxi and there is a good Skytrain connection ...
Staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. If everyone treated guest like these folks did, the world would be a better place. Thanks
Very reasonable hotel, convenient and easy to get to from the airport, they also operate their own airport shuttle. Staff very helpful. Breakfast OK.
Greeted by friendly staff - check in was fast. Room very comfortable. Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Great to have airport shuttle provided I'd stay there again for sure.
The hotel was nicely decorated, very clean and the staff were professional and very friendly. As we booked last minute we did not have many options so we took what we could, I believe the rooms were expensive. It was over $500 for a double room, on the pricey side!
We arrived about 5pm and we taken care of by a great lady. We ate dinner at the restaurant, which is ok-food was pricey for what you received. We needed to a taxi to get to BC place for a concert and the front desk had one waiting for us when came back down stairs. The only problem we had - and nobodies ...
