Great location!

Perfect location near shopping and restaurants, all within walking distance. The Richmond Night Market was also 15 mins walk away. Friendly staff and quick check-in. The gym and pool were nice too! Would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient for early flights out of YVR

Got in late, had to leave early, but they served my daughter and I a wonderful dinner and had a great selection of local beer! Sleep number beds in the room and very quiet despite it's proximity to the highway and skytrain. Thanks again Radisson

Good shuttle service to the airport.

The room carpet was filthy and there was a woman's nitegown left in the room. This was way over-priced ; never again

Terrible, dirty way over priced.

My wife and kids arrived early and were told they would have to wait until 3 o'clock check in time. They came back at 3:30 and the room was still not ready. Hotel is very dirty. Stains on the sheets. $350 a night. Are you kidding me. Shame on Expedia for having this on their site!!!!

Adequate hotel for cleanliness but great location

Room carpets are stained and dirty. They need to shampoo and steam clean the rugs in the rooms. The pool we did not end I using because we could not see to the bottom of it. The water seemed as though it was full of chemicals but not clean water. The one plus of this hotel was the location as it was close to the airport and really close to public transit-translink. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with directions.

The pool water is clean as it is tap water. The cloudiness is a result of the regular chemical treatment the pool receives in order to maintain proper health and safety standards. Very dirty run down rooms.

The first room we were in the A/C was not working so we got a new room. Both rooms the carpet was filthy beds were dirty and chairs were ripped. For what you pay for this room and the name on the building Radisson should be ashamed to have their name on this.

Good location rundown guest rooms

Pros: The manager Roman was extremely nice in trying to accommodate,so was the rest of the staff.
Rooms are small and dirty.stains all over curpet .we have tried two different rooms and they were equally dirty and stained.In one of them the air conditioner was noisy and leaky .

Carpet was very dirty. Staff on check in was a little rude and seemed condescending. Food at restaurant was so so.
