Good for 1 night

Stayed overnight and ok to sleep. Cosy bed. Check in was fast and helped booking taxi.

Poor customer service and shuttle issues

Pros: The room was fine for the price. Nothing special about it.
Cons: Desk customer service (see above). Also "free breakfast" was cereal, apples/oranges, muffins, and a waffle option with juice/coffee. Poor quality.
Location: Lots of nearby amenities and luckily a 24 hour Shoppers a short way away for travelers needing to pick up things before a trip.
Room/stay were fine and close to amenities. Issue with front desk personnel... after missing the scheduled shuttle by about 5 minutes, my wife, 9 month old, and I waited the next 30 minutes for the next one. This shuttle drove right by us at the domestic terminal without stopping, stranding us there for another 30 minutes in the cold at 9pm after a long day of travel and a morning international connection forthcoming. I immediately called the hotel asking them to contact the driver to make another lap so we could get picked up, which the desk agent assured us of. After another 15 minute wait, I called again and the girl at the desk said she called the driver and that he'd be coming back to get us. None of this was true, as the shuttle isn't operated by the Ramada (operated by the Executive hotel across the street), and the shuttle (according to the driver) has a policy of not turning around, nor would they recognize a request from the Ramada for such a situation. When we finally arrived more than an hour of waiting, the desk agent at the hotel said we could walk over to the Executive to talk to them about it... no effort was made to contact the Executive nor comment on our behalf. Compensation was $20 from the petty cash and a no-explanation apology.

We are very sorry you had this poor experience. It is true that we pay the Executive Plaza for the service and since the shuttle runs on a schedule, it wont turn back for pick up as it would mess up the schedule. Our desk staff should have apologized.Management was notified and we did complain to the service provider. Once again...sorry.

Pros: Easy shuttle to airport clean room although Hotel is dated.
Great Irish Bar and Restaurant across the Street. Very Reasonable price for Quick o/night stay

Good location, disappointing room.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful but the room was not what I expected. It was freezing cold when I arrived and looked VERY outdated. The chair in the room looked 50 years old.

Close to airport but extremely tiny

Did not even have enough room for us to set up a playpen for our baby. Hotel staff was hardly accommodating by putting us in an extremely small room and said there was nothing bigger, they are all that size

Basic clean accommodation

Pros: cleanliness of our room
Cons: breakfast could offer some warm dishes aside from scrambled eggs.
Room on the smallish side but clean, the continental breakfast has limited, basic choices.

Very standard hotel with simple rooms. Clean but outdated. Little in the way of services. Friendly staff. Good if your on a budget. Nice restraunt/pub across street.

cold and hair

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Clean it up..
Location: Not much in the area.
The room heat was never turned on so getting in at 2 am ontario time and having to wait two hours for the crappy heater to get any heat in the room we decided to sleep in our clothes. That was just as well since when we turned the bed down we found enough long brunette hairs in it to indicate those sheet were never washed,, I get that $109 for room in Richmond BC is a deal but this is inexcusable at any price. We chose Ramada because we thought it could be trusted. Seems like the Red Roof inn must have bought them out. Thats another disgusting hotel. The up side, the cont breakfast looked good. Thats all though.
