Towels are not clean & it smells. Also the linens looks like it hasn’t been washed.

A nice place to stay

We arrived about 5pm and we taken care of by a great lady. We ate dinner at the restaurant, which is ok-food was pricey for what you received. We needed to a taxi to get to BC place for a concert and the front desk had one waiting for us when came back down stairs. The only problem we had - and nobodies fault. Was the smoke detectors battery, in our room, was dying and kept making that awful noise. I notified front desk and it was taken care if immediately. Thanks for a nice stay!

Good hotel

Hotel was close to the Richmond centre so if you needec to shop it was easy to get anywhere. It was close to many restaurants and easy to navigate. The staff were polite and well mannered. I'd definitely pick this one if I were to go again.

Filthy Hotel

This must be a tier 3 Sheraton hotel because it was the worst Sheraton I have EVER stayed in! Once you ventured past the lobby, the carpets were stained and looked like they had not been vacuumed for days. The elevators were dirty and our room needed to be refurbished and updated. We paid $600.00 per night for this low class hotel. There were 2 highlights...the towels were very soft and the servers in the restaurant were lovely. I will probably never risk staying at a Sheraton again....

Expensive but rooms are small, little space

Pros: Staff are responsive
Location: Location is close to train and shopping center. Most restaurants around are Asian
Not much choice in breakfast. Kids were bored about the breakfast
