“I called to confirm my room at 4:23 and told them we’d be there around 7 or 8. Showed up and they gave my room away. I was still charged Expedia couldn’t find another room anywhere for us but offered $75 credit for a future stay. Never got that email yet and my 228 still hasn’t been refunded. The lady at the desk was rude. I showed my confirmation annd she said i canceled even though I called to confirm. I’m guessing the gave it out for an higher rate. and the extra travel protect I paid for……
