Staff really courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our transfer from the train station and they refunded our taxi fair which was very generous. Cannot fault this hotel. Stunning fews, peaceful and centrally located. They even gave us a late checkout for free. "Everything.. Louy was very helpful with booking tours. He recommended Tham Chang cave which was the best! We have the rooftop room which was perfect for watching the sunsets. The place was clean and friendly."

"General appearance is past its best, the was okay, shower needed updating and deep clean. Decor needed updating, balcony could do with a bit of an update/repair. Housekeeping staff were all very friendly and cheerful. Other staff could have been a bit more friendly."
